A fascia with seal for drip protection preferably includes a fascia and a strip of compressible tape. The fascia includes an anchor bar and a cover. The cover snaps unto the anchor bar. The anchor bar includes a vertical portion, a roof flange, an upper cover clip and a lower cover clip. The strip of compressible tape is applied to an inside surface of the vertical portion, below a bottom of the roof flange. The top peripheral edge of a building is not perfectly flat. However, the flexibility of the anchor bar and the compressibility of the strip of compressible tape conforms to any dips in the roof membrane, which over lays the top peripheral edge of the building. A plurality of fasteners are used to secure the anchor bar to the top peripheral edge of the building to ensure that there is not a leak path for any water.

A roof edge mounting bracket preferably includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. The base member extends outward in a horizontal orientation from the vertical attachment flange. A lower portion of the vertical attachment flange extends below the base member and an upper portion of the vertical attachment flange extends above the base member. A plurality of staggered fastener openings are preferably formed through the base member. An angled roof edge bracket includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. The base member extends from the vertical attachment flange at an acute angle. A cantilevered roof edge bracket preferably includes a cantilevered base member and a vertical attachment flange. A roof edge angle bracket includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. A roof edge vertical bracket preferably includes a vertical attachment flange, a bottom offset lip and an upper retaining lip.

A hip ventilator preferably includes a plurality of lower intermittent spacers, a pitched perforated support member, a plurality of upper intermittent spacers, a plurality of hip covers and two hip cover end caps. First and second water dams are attached to a top of the hip roof. The plurality of lower intermittent spacers are then attached to the hip roof over the first and second water dams. The pitched perforated support member is placed on top of the plurality of lower intermittent spacers. The plurality of upper intermittent spacers are attached to the plurality of lower intermittent spacers. The plurality of hip covers are snapped on to the pitched perforated support member. The two hip cover end caps are attached to the roof and two hip covers. A deflector strip is preferably attached adjacent each side of the hip ventilator.
