Intelligent audio system using multiple sensor modalities

A wireless power transfer system is provided, comprising a first device having a power supply and configured to wirelessly transmit electric power from the power supply, and a second device having one or more electrical components and configured to wirelessly receive the electric power and provide it to the one or more electrical components for consumption. The second device further comprises an alignment module configured to activate an indicator if a measured level of the received power is greater than a threshold level. Also provided is a wireless system comprising a first device having a power supply and a wireless transmitter configured to transmit a data signal and an electric power signal, and a second device having a wireless receiver configured to receive the electric power signal and data signal, and one or more electrical components configured to consume the received power and process the received data.

System and method for wireless power transfer and communication

System and methods for detecting and monitoring power characteristics amongst connected devices in a multi-device system, such as a conferencing system, are disclosed. The system and methods sense power characteristics at various points within the system, such as at ports of the host and client devices. The hosts and client devices can include control units and conferencing units (e.g., microphones) in conferencing applications. The power characteristics can be communicated to the host device for further treatment, such as monitoring, processing and outputting data to allow determination of conditions associated with the power distribution of the system.

System and methods for detecting and monitoring power characteristics amongst connected devices in a conferencing system

A microphone connector assembly comprises a receptacle and a sleeve. The receptacle includes a housing, a first cavity formed within the housing, a frame, a protrusion formed on the frame, and a first electrical block supported by the frame and positioned within the first cavity. The sleeve includes an outer shell, a second cavity formed within the outer shell, a keyway, and a second electrical block positioned within the second cavity. The sleeve is insertable into the receptacle such that the protrusion enters the keyway and the first and second electrical blocks engage one another.

Microphone connector, assembly and system

A RF distribution system determines its configuration and verifies the consistency of the determined configuration. Based on a device identifier, the RF distribution system may individually instruct each RF component to provide a generated signal. Consequently, a first RF component may modulate a signal on a first port. If a second RF component detects a modulated signal on a second port, then the RF distribution system deems that the two RF components are connected together. The procedure may be repeated for the remaining RF components so that the RF configuration of the RF distribution system may be determined. The determined RF configuration may be further verified for operational consistency. The RF distribution system may also scan a RF spectrum, determine a set of frequencies that provides RF compatibility with the RF distribution system based on the scanning, and configure the RF components in accordance with the set of frequencies.
