An electromagnetic induction charging device for an inductive, in particular contactless, charging of an at least partially electrified motor vehicle with electrical energy, with a housing, formed in a pot-like manner, which comprises a pot base and a pot collar, wherein the pot collar facing away from the pot base surrounds a pot opening, and with a thermally conductive cover which covers the pot opening and with an electromagnetic resonator arranged in the housing interior, wherein the housing includes a thermal insulation which is arranged at the pot collar and at the pot base for the thermal insulating of the housing interior with respect to the external environment.

Electromagnetic induction charging device

A ground assembly for an inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle parked on a subsurface is disclosed. The ground assembly includes a baseplate that extends transversely to a gap direction, a coil that includes at least one coil winding spaced apart from the baseplate in the gap direction, a core assembly spaced apart in the gap direction from the baseplate and the coil, and a mounting support for holding the core assembly. The mounting support includes a support structure that is spaced apart from the baseplate in the gap direction and positions at least one core body of the core assembly.

Ground assembly for an inductive charging device

A method for mounting an electromagnetic charging device on a substrate which can be driven on by an at least partially electric motor vehicle includes (a) laying a separating film on the substrate, (b) applying a flowable and hardenable casting material on the separating film, (c) arranging the electromagnetic charging device on the still flowable casting material, (d) aligning the charging device, and (e) (pre-)fixing the charging device with hardening of the casting material.

Method and arrangement for mounting an electromagnetic charging device on a substrate

A ground assembly for an inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle parked on a surface may include a base plate, a flat coil, a core body, a lower hollow space, a support, and a heat-conducting jacket. The base plate may be formed as a cooling plate. The flat coil may include a helically wound conductor. The flat coil may be arranged spaced apart from the base plate. The lower hollow space may be defined between the core body and the base plate. The support may be disposed between the core body and the base plate, and may extend through the lower hollow space. The heat-conducting jacket may connect the core body and the base plate in a heat-transmitting manner, and may surround the at least one support in a jacket-like manner.

A stationary induction charging device for wireless energy transfer may include a housing base, a housing cover, a transmitting coil, at least one magnetic field conductor, and a power electronics unit. The housing base and the housing cover may define an installation space and a venting space. The transmitting coil, the magnetic field conductor, and the power electronics unit may be arranged in the installation space. The housing base may include a plurality of coolant channels through which a liquid is flowable such that the housing base forms a heat exchanger. The plurality of coolant channels may be distributed within the housing base such that a region of the housing base arranged opposite the power electronics unit and/or a region of the housing base arranged opposite the venting space has a higher coolant channel density than a region of the housing base arranged opposite the transmitting coil.

Stationary induction charging device for wireless energy transfer

An induction charging device for a vehicle charging system may include a magnetic field conductor, a control device, a temperature-control device configured to temperature-control the magnetic field conductor, and an induction coil configured to at least one of transmit and receive a wireless energy transmission. The temperature-control device configured such that a temperature-control fluid is flowable therethrough. The induction charging device may include a first temperature sensor configured to determine a temperature of a temperature-control side of the magnetic field conductor. The induction charging device may include at least one of (i) a second temperature sensor configured to determine a temperature of a coil side of the magnetic field conductor, and (ii) a temperature-control fluid temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature-control fluid temperature of the temperature-control fluid in the temperature-control device. The control device may be configured to limit a thermal load of the magnetic field conductor.

Induction charging device for a vehicle charging system

An induction charging device for an electrically operated motor vehicle may include at least one charging assembly. The at least one charging assembly may include a charging coil, a ferrite assembly, a metal shielding plate, and a temperature-control assembly through which a fluid is flowable. The charging coil may be inductively couplable to a primary coil such that a motor vehicle battery is inductively chargeable. The ferrite assembly may include a plurality of rotatable ferrite plates arranged next to one another. When in a closed position, a respective ferrite plate may be arranged parallel to the charging coil and may shield the metal shielding plate from the charging coil. When in an open position, the respective ferrite plate may be arranged at an angle relative to the charging coil and may partially shield the metal shielding plate from the charging coil.

Induction charging device

An induction charging device for an electrically operated motor vehicle includes a charging assembly having a charging coil, and a temperature-control assembly having a fluid pipe. The charging coil can be inductively coupled to a primary coil, such that a battery in the motor vehicle can be inductively charged. The charging assembly has a ferrite plate for directing the electromagnetic alternating field, which is established between the charging coil and the fluid pipe, such that waste heat from the ferrite plate and the charging coil can be transmitted to the fluid in the fluid pipe. The fluid pipe is formed by a shell-type metal shielding plate for shielding electromagnetic field emissions and a shell-type lower shell heat-conductingly in contact with the ferrite plate. The metal shielding plate and the lower shell are secured on one another in a fluid-tight manner and spaced apart from one another with a stiffening insert.

An induction charging device for a vehicle charging system may include a housing, a cooling device, a magnetic field conductor unit, at least one induction coil, and at least one heat conductance device. The magnetic field conductor unit may be configured to direct a magnetic field. The at least one induction coil may be configured to wirelessly transfer energy with a predetermined transmission power. The at least one heat conductance device may be arranged, with respect to an axial axis, between at least two components. The at least one heat conductance device may have an axial thermal conductivity with respect to the axial axis. The axial thermal conductivity of the at least one heat conductance device may vary at least partially with respect to at least one lateral axis that is aligned at least one of substantially perpendicularly and substantially transversely to the axial axis.

A stationary induction charging station for a vehicle is disclosed. The stationary induction charging station includes an induction charging device, an energy transfer module for contact-free energy transfer, and an electronic unit. According to an example, the energy transfer module and the electronic unit are spatially combined.

Actively cooled infrastructure side of an inductive charging system

The present disclosure describes an induction charging device for a partially or fully electrically operated motor vehicle. The induction charging device includes at least one charging coil and a temperature-control assembly including a fluid pipe for a liquid fluid. The charging coil is inductively couplable to a primary coil such that a battery can be inductively charged in the motor vehicle. The charging coil is heat-transmittingly connected to the fluid pipe such that the waste heat from the charging coil can be transmitted to the fluid. The induction charging device further includes a metal shielding plate for shielding electromagnetic field emissions, and a ferrite assembly for directing an electromagnetic alternating field. The charging coil is arranged in the fluid pipe such that the fluid can flow around it on all sides. The charging coil is secured in the fluid pipe directly or via a retaining device.

An induction charging device for an electrically operated vehicle may include a sub-surface protection, a shield element, and an induction charging module. The shield element may include a recess. The sub-surface protection may include a receiving area. The recess and the receiving area may define an insertion area in which the induction charging module is arranged.

Inductive charging system with modular underground protection

An induction charging device for an electrically operated motor vehicle may include an emission protection arrangement and a charging arrangement secured to the emission protection arrangement. The emission protection arrangement may include a metal shield plate. The charging arrangement may include a magnetic plate facing the emission protection arrangement, at least one induction coil disposed in a charging housing, and an active cooling arrangement secured in the charging housing to transfer heat. The magnetic plate may be at least one of (i) at least partially ferrimagnetic and (ii) at least partially ferromagnetic. On a housing bottom side, the charging housing may include at least one cooling recess for the active cooling arrangement. The active cooling arrangement may include at least one cooling duct formed integrally in the cooling recess. The charging arrangement may further include a bottom side cover secured in a fluid-tight manner to the housing bottom side.

Induction charging device with a charging arrangement including an active cooling arrangement

An inductive charging device for an electrically operated vehicle includes a housing, at least one induction coil and at least one magnetic conductor each arranged at least partially in the housing, and a supporting structure arranged at least partly in the housing. The housing includes a bottom and a cover. The support structure includes a first structure portion and a second structure portion. The second structure portion lies at least partly against a cover portion of the cover.

Inductive charging device

An energy transmitter for a contactless energy transmission may include a coil device and a magnetic conducting body. The coil device may be configured to at least one of i) provide and ii) receive a magnetic field. The coil device may include a coil arranged on a coil-facing first large magnetic body surface of the magnetic conducting body. The coil may include a plurality of coil windings each of which may be circumferentially arranged about an imaginary coil winding centre and define a coil winding circumferential length. A plurality of imaginary circumference section areas may each extend along the coil winding circumferential length of a corresponding coil winding through the magnetic conducting body between the two large magnetic body surfaces. At least two circumference section areas of the plurality of circumference section areas may be substantially identical to one another in terms of area.
