The present invention relates to novel compounds of general formula (I) wherein Rto Rand n have the meanings given in the description and claims, process for preparing these compounds and their use as for treating, preventing or ameliorating viral infections and their use for treating, preventing or ameliorating diseases which are associated with PLA2G16.

Ferroportin inhibitors

The invention relates to novel ferroportin inhibitors of the general formula (I) pharmaceutical compositions comprising them and the use thereof as medicaments, in particular for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases caused by a lack of hepcidin or iron metabolism disorders, such as particularly iron overload states such as in particular thalassemia and hemochromatosis.

Transglutaminase TG2 inhibitors, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of use thereof
