Nail care system

An adjustable cosmetic applicator includes an applicator tip moveable relative to an applicator body between at least a first and a second position and an actuator assembly configured to move the applicator tip between the at least first and second positions. The adjustable cosmetic applicator may include a first integral hinge defined between the applicator tip and the applicator body and a second integral hinge defined between the applicator tip and the actuator assembly.

A wiper assembly includes a non-porous base configured for attachment to an open end of a container body and a porous wiper overmolded onto the base that is configured to wipe formulation from an applicator when removed from the container body. A wiper assembly includes a collar configured to be positioned within an open end of a container body. The collar includes a substantially cylindrical shaped base portion having a top opening and a substantially dome-shaped secondary wiper portion extending from the base portion that has a bottom opening defining at least one secondary wiper edge. A sponge is configured to be disposed beneath the secondary wiper portion of the collar that has an opening in substantial axial alignment with the top and bottom openings of the collar.

Cosmetic formula applicators with angled stem sections are provided for improved ergonomics and to aid in the evenly dispersed coating of a cosmetic material having suspended particles. In general, examples of the applicators described herein generally include a stem including a bore, a bar, and a plurality of application bristles configured to retain an amount of the cosmetic formula for application to a user. The bar may be positioned at an intermediate location within the bore and may include a bend to cause an angle in the stem. In another aspect, the cosmetic formula applicators with angled stem sections are configured for coupling to a cap for use with a container.

Cosmetic formula applicators having formula control are provided to aid in the application of a cosmetic formula to a user. In general, examples of the applicators described herein generally include a stem with a structured tip portion having a closed partition and an open partition that forms a leg segment, where the structured tip portion is configured to retain an amount of cosmetic formula for application to a user. In another aspect, the perimeter of the stem may be configured such that the elongate stem has a particular surface area depending on the cosmetic formula composition to control the dosage size. In a further aspect, the structured tip portion represents an enterprise-specific symbol.

A trailer rail assembly includes a base plank with a planar top surface raised above a horizontal plane and extending along an entire longitudinal length of the base member. Such a base plank has a U-shaped cross-section. The assembly further includes a cylindrical shaft with an annular cross-section spanning along an entire longitudinal length of the top surface. A support plate is statically and fixedly attached to the shaft and spanning along the entire longitudinal length of the base plank, and a mechanism for simultaneously rotating the shaft and the support plate in sync and about a fulcrum axis extends along an entire longitudinal length of the shaft while the base plank remains statically affixed at a stationary position.
