A system to generate a vapor from a liquid includes an electric heater and an elongate wick. The electric heater defines an interior void having an inner surface and a plurality of apertures, and it is formed of an electrically resistive material contained within a heat diffusing material. The elongate wick is formed of a durable elongate structure having a plurality of liquid-conducting features on the outer surface. At least a portion of the liquid-conducting features of the elongate wick proximate the first end engage at least a portion of the one inner surface of the electric heater and are capable of conducting a the liquid from a source proximate the second end of the wick along the outer surface of the elongate wick to the electric heater.

Electronic nicotine delivery system

A novel disposable cartridge for use in an electronic nicotine delivery system having an electric heater includes a reservoir containing a nicotine-containing liquid, a port in liquid communication with the reservoir, a liquid barrier disposed proximate the port to prevent undesired leakage of the nicotine-containing liquid from the reservoir, and a durable, elongate wick arranged and configured to be slideable in the port and to contact the nicotine-containing liquid in the reservoir.

Disposable cartridge for use in an electronic nicotine delivery system

A dry powder inhaler comprises a shell having upper and lower shell parts, and an inhalation piece, through which a user can inhale medicament. The inhalation piece is coupled to the lower shell part and the upper shell part is moveable between a closed configuration, coupled to the lower shell part and covering the inhalation piece, and an open configuration in which the inhalation piece is exposed. An actuation button is coupled to the lower shell part and biased by a first biasing mechanism acting between the actuation button and the lower shell part towards a projected position projecting from the surface of the lower shell part and moveable to a retracted position. Movement of the actuation button causes medicament to be dispensed for subsequent inhalation through the inhalation piece.

A recloseable and resealable beverage can end closure includes a base plate beneath the center panel and a tab plate above the center panel. The closure is slidable relative to the center a panel to uncover the pour aperture and then to position the closure over the pour aperture to enable resealing.
