A system for levelling and gripping a jacket leg into a hollow foundation pile has a levelling assembly for adjusting the longitudinal axis of a jacket leg partially inserted in a hollow foundation pile with an actuation group arranged about the jacket leg and configured to exert a force parallel to the longitudinal axis between the upper edge of the hollow foundation pile and the jacket leg and selectively attachable to the jacket leg and recoverable for further use in another levelling assembly; and a gripping assembly for locking the jacket leg in a designated position with respect to the hollow foundation pile once leveled.

A multi-functional clamp for the installation of a wind turbine on an offshore substructure by a crane vessel equipped with a lifting crane, the multi-functional clamp having: a main body configured to selectively clamp and unclamp the lower part of the tower of a wind turbine and is shaped so as to couple with the crane vessel so as to define a given position for the tower with respect to the crane vessel; and a plurality of hooking members extending from the main body and configured to secure and release the free ends of a rigging assembly of the lifting crane to the main body so as to lift the multi-functional clamp by the lifting crane.

A stability frame for the installation of a wind turbine on an offshore substructure, wherein the wind turbine comprises a tower configured to be anchored to a rigging assembly below the barycenter of the wind turbine, has a main body configured to be mounted about the upper part of the tower; and a plurality of guides, which extend outwardly from the main body and are configured for constraining parts of the rigging assembly so as to laterally support the wind turbine by the rigging assembly.
