A fluid delivery system comprises a motor that is configured to provide rotational motion to a rotary component. The fluid delivery system also comprises an alignment mechanism. The alignment mechanism comprises a first roller that engages a pin at a first end, and a second roller that engages the pin at a second end. The alignment mechanism also includes a coupler that is configured to couple the rotary component to a reciprocating component. Additionally, the alignment mechanism comprises a first alignment cavity that is configured to receive the first roller and a second alignment, and a second cavity that is configured to receive the second roller to align reciprocating motion of the reciprocating component.

Aligning reciprocating motion in fluid delivery systems

An example portable fluid spraying system includes a handheld fluid sprayer. The handheld fluid sprayer includes a fluid reservoir configured to store a fluid, a pump configured to pump the fluid from the fluid reservoir to an outlet of the handheld fluid sprayer and a handle. The handheld fluid sprayer includes a first trigger proximate the handle, configured to control fluid flow to the outlet. The portable fluid spraying system includes a fluid hose having a coupling mechanism configured to removably couple to the handheld fluid sprayer proximate the outlet and a fluid spray gun. The fluid spray gun includes a gun inlet configured to couple to the fluid hose and receive the fluid from the handheld fluid sprayer, a gun outlet configured to expel the fluid in a spray pattern and a second trigger configured to control fluid flow to the gun outlet.

The present invention relates to a spray head for a paint sprayer, in particular a paint spray gun or a paint spray lance, for generating a paint jet. Here, an air cap comprises two curtain air channels whose outlets are arranged between air horns, and whose outlets lie opposite each other in relation to a longitudinal axis of a through-opening of the air cap.

The invention relates to a paint spraying device with a spray head which dispenses a quantity of paint via a needle valve and a paint-dispensing line leading to the spray head, wherein the paint-dispensing line is connected upstream of a pressure reducer/pressure regulator which regulates the paint-dispensing pressure and holds the pressure in the paint-dispensing line to the spray head substantially constant.

A paint spraying system is proposed with a paint spraying device with a paint spray gun with a fan for dispensing paint via a spray head, which paint spraying device is connected via a paint line to a base station with a connector to a paint reservoir. In order to achieve a low and uniform paint pressure which is required in the paint spray gun, the paint spray gun is equipped with a separate pressure reducing device and the base station is equipped with a pressure monitor, which pressure reducing device and pressure monitor perform a pressure regulation of the paint pressure in the system.

The present disclosure generally relates to a sprayer for a fluid delivery system. In one example, a sprayer for a fluid delivery system is provided. The sprayer includes a main body having a handle and a trigger. The sprayer also includes a spray head having a fluid input for receiving fluid material and a fluid output for spraying the fluid material. The spray head is removably couplable to the main body by rotating the spray head with respect to the main body to engage a connection component of the spray head to a corresponding connection component of the main body. The sprayer also includes a spray head locking mechanism on the main body that extends to engage a portion of the spray head.

Sprayer for a fluid delivery system

A conventional liquid spray gun having a compressed air supply equipped with a liquid, e.g. paint, container for supplying the liquid to be sprayed onto a target surface. The container has a closed bottom, an open top and a cylindrical sidewall. A removable cover is attached over the open top of the container, and the cover has a pair of apertures extending through it, one of which holds a proximal end of a rigid tube whose distal end extends to a point close to the container's bottom. Slidingly mounted on the rigid tube is a generally circular, movable plunger whose periphery engages the cylindrical sidewall of the container. Pressurized air injected through the second aperture in the cover forces the plunger against the liquid's surface and causes the liquid to flow through the lumen of the rigid tube to the liquid inlet port of the spray gun.
