Systems and methods of installing a fixture into a material are provided. The fixture includes a body and a cover assembly that is removably coupled to the body and configured to move relative to the body once the body has been secured within the material. The cover assembly includes a movable component configured to aid removal of the cover assembly.

Cover assembly and methods

A drain assembly for installation in a shower floor, the drain assembly including a drain body including an upper surface defining a top side, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface defining a bottom side. The drain assembly also defines an aperture extending along an axis through the drain body between the upper surface and the lower surface and includes an outlet having a flange and an elongated body. When assembled, the elongated body is configured to extend below the lower surface of the drain body when the flange rests on the upper surface. The drain assembly also includes one or more fasteners configured to couple the outlet to the drain body to form a water-tight seal therebetween, where each of the one or more fasteners are accessible from the top side.

Drain grate

A carrier plate for supporting a wall-mounted water closet, the carrier plate including a face plate having a top end, a bottom end opposite the top end, a front face, and a rear face opposite the front face. The carrier plate also including a bracket extending from the rear face of the face plate proximate the top end to define a bracket length, and one or more feet extending from the rear face of the face plate proximate the bottom end to define a foot length and a base plane, where the foot defines an anchor aperture therethrough, where the anchor aperture defines an anchor zone including a volume delineated by the cross-section of the anchor aperture extended normal to the base plane in both directions therefrom, and where the bracket is not positioned within the anchor zone.

Water closet carrier

A roof drain including a base defining a channel and an axis, a gravel guard coupled to the base and including a plurality of teeth, where the gravel guard defines a plurality of gullets between the teeth, and a dome coupled to the base, where the dome includes a plurality of ribs, where the ribs define a plurality of gaps therebetween, and where each gap is radially aligned with a corresponding gullet.

Domed roof drain strainer assembly

A drain assembly comprises a shroud, a shank, and a frame. The drain assembly may further comprise a shim with an angled top surface. The frame may have an angled bottom surface. A rotational orientation of the angled top surface of the shim relative to the shank and a rotational orientation of the angled bottom surface of the frame relative to the shank may be independently adjustable, thereby allowing for the top surface of the frame to be both angularly and rotationally adjusted relative to a central axis of the drain assembly independent of the positional height of the shank. The drain assembly may further comprise a cover having bendable tabs. The bendable tabs may be disposed around a periphery of the cover and may be configured to contact an angled inner surface of an upper bowl of the shroud, such that the bendable tabs bend around the frame, thereby locking the cover onto the frame.

Adjustable floor drain and method of installation

An elevator trench drain including a trench at least partially defining a drain volume, where the trench includes a base wall and at least one side wall extending from the base wall, a conduit coupled to the trench and open to the drain volume, and a grate coupled to the trench. The grate includes a top surface defining a periphery, at least one wall extending from a periphery of the top surface and configured to contact the base wall of the trench, and a support configured to selectively contact the base wall at a location inside the periphery of the top surface.

Elevator trench drain

A point-source wastewater neutralization system for collecting and treating wastewater discharged by a point-source. The system includes a container coupled to the drain of the point-source to receive the untreated liquid. The container supports wastewater neutralization media for treating and neutralizing the wastewater. The system also includes an insert assembly to retain the wastewater neutralization media in the container and assist in the exchange of the media.

Point-source wastewater neutralization system

A modular room includes a floor having an upper surface, and a lower surface. The floor defines a floor height between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the floor defines a through aperture. At least three walls have a lower end connected to the floor and an upper end extend away from the floor, a ceiling is connected to the upper end of the walls, and a drain body is positioned in the floor aperture. The drain body has an upper surface and a lower surface and defines a drain body height between the upper and lower surfaces. The drain body height is less than the floor height, such that the drain body does not extend above the upper surface of the floor or below the lower surface of the flow while the drain body is positioned in the aperture in the floor.

A floor sink configured to be installed in a support surface includes a body including a first end, and a second end opposite the first end and configured to receive a pipe. The floor sink further includes a cavity extending through the body, and a flange coupled to the first end of the body and extending away from the cavity. The flange is configured to engage the support surface.
