A surgical bone rasp includes a body having posterior, anterior, medial, and lateral surfaces. The medial surface includes a proximal curved portion shaped to extend substantially along a concave medial curve. The proximal curved portion includes a plurality of teeth. Each tooth in the plurality includes a tooth gullet wall, a tooth undercut, and a tooth land between the proximal and tooth undercuts. The tooth lands can be generally flat and can extend along the concave medial curve. The tooth gullet walls can be parallel to one another and can be angled to extend away from the body between a distal direction and a medial direction. The tooth undercuts can be parallel to one another, can be angled to extend away from the body in a medial direction, and can be equally spaced apart along the longitudinal axis.

A mold for forming a prosthesis is disclosed. The mold can include a stem portion, a head portion, and a securement assembly. The stem portion and the head portion can be provided in a kit having a variety of different interior dimensions so that a user can select or customize a mold cavity size based on the dimensions of a particular implant site of a patient. While a set of stem portions and head portions can have interior dimensions of varying sizes, each of the stem portions and each of the head portions can have the same or similar exterior dimensions for attachment using a common securement structure. Related methods are also disclosed.

An orthopedic instrument comprises a shell configured to be inserted into a cup-shaped site, a liner configured to be received within a cavity of the shell, wherein the liner has an aperture and a mating feature adjacent to the aperture, and a modular screw configured to be received within the aperture of the liner. The modular screw can include a first component that is positionable adjacent to a first side of the mating feature and a second component that is positionable adjacent to a second side of the mating feature. When assembled, the modular screw can be configured to rotate relative to the liner.
