A storage container has a base having an opening and a lid for covering the opening. A lock ring is mounted on one of the base and the lid for motion between a first position and a second position. At least one lock member is formed on the lock ring. At least one stationary lock member is formed on the other one of the base and the lid. The lock member is aligned with the stationary lock member when the lock ring is in the first position such that the lock member engages the stationary lock member. The lock member is offset with respect to the stationary lock member when the lock ring is in the second position such that the lock member does not engage the stationary lock member.

Mechanically secured lid and container

A drawer assembly for mounting beneath a shelf has a drawer and a mounting unit. The drawer has a bottom, a front end, a rear end, and a pair of opposed side panels. The mounting unit is configured to mount to a shelf and has a pair of spaced apart drawer supports that support the drawer under a shelf. A pair of laterally spaced apart tracks is provided on either the drawer side panels or the mounting unit drawer supports. A pair of lugs protrudes from each of the other of the drawer side panels or the mounting unit drawer supports. Each pair of lugs is slidable relative to and along a respective one of the tracks. The drawer is slidable between a closed position and an open position relative to the mounting unit. The tracks and lugs cooperate such that the front end and rear end of the drawer are substantially level with one another in the closed position and the front end is lower than the rear end in the open position.

Under shelf mounted drawer

An ice scoop is disclosed and has a scoop section and a handle section. The scoop section includes a bottom with a forward end, a rear end, and opposed side edges, two opposed side walls extending up from the side edges of the bottom, and a back wall connecting the side walls and connected to the rear end of the bottom. A scoop cavity is defined within the scoop section. The handle section extends rearward from the back wall and has two elongate, opposed, and spaced apart rails. First and second grips extend laterally between the two rails. The first grip is spaced from the back wall. The second grip is spaced from the first grip further from the back wall. The handle section is oriented at an oblique angle relative to the bottom and angles upward away from the back. The handle has an offset step formed in the side rails. The forward end is a reinforced edge. The scoop has a hand shield at the back wall and spaced from the first grip.

A storage bin assembly has a container base with a front, a back, a bottom, a perimeter side wall extending up from the bottom, and a storage space above the bottom within the side wall. A base lid is positioned over a top of the storage space. An access opening into the storage space is positioned near the front of the container base. A cover is selectively movable relative to the lid between a closed position closing off the access opening and two optional open positions. One of the positions is a rear position rearward of the access opening and the other of the positions is a front position forward of the access opening. Each optional open position exposes the storage space through the access opening.

A multi-purpose tongs having a first tong member that includes a grasping end and a hinge end, and a second tong member that includes a grasping end and a hinge end. The first and the second tong members are pivotally connected to one another by a first pin at their hinge ends. A cam is slidably disposed between the first and the second tong member hinge ends. The cam includes a first transverse slot and a second transverse slot having a plurality of incremental and adjacent support surfaces. The first pin extends through the first transverse slot and limits the slidable movement of the cam. A second pin is attached to the second tong member hinge end and extends through the second transverse slot and is adapted to rest against the plurality of incremental support surfaces.
