The utility holder was designed to allow stored markers an extended life of working effectiveness. The design has one or more cylindrical recesses with a tapered bottom in which a dry-erase marker cap may be held in place in order that a dry-erase marker may be placed inside the cylindrical recess upside down, snapping into the dry-erase marker cap. The upside down placement of the markers in the magnetic whiteboard utility holder allows the markers maximum life. There are one or more magnets on the back surface of the utility holder which allows for it to adhere to a magnetic whiteboard. The utility holder also has a cuboid recess, which allows for a dry-erase eraser to be stored.

A table is disclosed. The table comprises a table base and tabletop. The table base comprises a top surface with a replaceable adhesive layer attached. The tabletop comprises a first usable side and a second usable side, the first usable side and the second usable side being alternately attached to the replaceable adhesive layer once the adhesive is cut, removed, and replaced. The top surface further comprises a rounded edge that acts to guide the entry of an adhesive cutting wire. The replaceable adhesive layer comprises embedded wire guides that define a cutting zone substantially the width of the cutting wire through the adhesive. The embedded wire guides restrict the cutting wire to the cutting zone while the adhesive is being cut, thereby allowing the first usable side and the second usable side to be alternately attached to the adhesive layer.

A loose form block is inserted in the cavity. The form block cooperates with the cavity to define the shape of the periphery edge. Further, the form block supports a trim cover panel such that it is wrapped approximately one hundred eighty degrees about the periphery edge of the trim panel substrate.

An object capable of having its shape altered has a first cloth-like material formed in a first predetermined shape, an aperture formed in the first material so that an internal hollow of the first shape can be accessed and a second pliable material positioned within the internal hollow and formed to assume a second predetermined shape. The second material is connected to the first material at the internal hollow so that the second material can be withdrawn from the internal hollow through the aperture. In this formation, the aperture is common to both the first and second materials. By extracting the second material from the aperture, the first material can be inserted or pushed through the aperture into the internal hollow, where eventually, the first material and shape are completely contained within the internal hollow and surrounded by the second material. Therefore, the first material and its shape become undetectable as the second material and shape are exposed. The user can manipulate the first and second materials indefinitely to continually change the shape of the object.

Toy or other object alterable between two different shapes

A closed loop control system for maintaining a force transducer assembly in a balanced position is disclosed. The control system has a feedback loop control circuit for providing a force rebalance signal at one of a plurality of predetermined discrete amplitude values during each of a plurality of successive equal duration time intervals. The signal has a constant amplitude during each interval. The control circuit further provides a respective digital representation for each amplitude value of the rebalance signal for each of the successive time intervals. Thereby, a precise determination of the value of the time-force product can be generated with the concomitant determination of the forces acting upon the force responsive transducer. The control system is particularly useful for non-linear transducers, such as square law devices where the time-force product is difficult to determine with continuously variable amplitude values.

Close loop control apparatus and method for a force rebalance transducer

An audible tone depth sounder indicator apparatus changes the repetition rate of its audio output to indicate deviation in actual water depth from a selected reference depth. A change in tone of the audible output distinguishes positive and negative deviations from the reference depth, and there is no audible signal when actual depth equals the selected reference depth.
