A support device for supporting a hand and a wrist of a user includes a body having a hand support portion, a first raised support portion extending from the hand support portion, a second raised support portion spaced apart from the first raised support portion and extending from the hand support portion, and a recess defined at one end by the hand support portion and extending between the first and second raised support portions. The hand support portion is configured to extend across the hand of the user to support the hand. The first and second raised support portions are configured to engage opposing sides of the wrist of the user such that a mid portion of the wrist is suspended above the recess.

An actuating lever for a binding mechanism includes a body formed of a first molded material. The body defines oppositely-facing surfaces, with at least one of the surfaces having a recess formed therein. The actuating lever further includes a grip member formed of a second molded material that is different from the first molded material. The grip member is molded at least partially into the recess.

A punch includes a base and a chip cartridge that is movably coupled to the base. The chip cartridge is movable between a first position and a second position relative to the base and defines a chamber that is configured to receive and hold chips produced during a punching operation. The chip cartridge includes a chip receiving portion that is configured to receive chips created during the punching operation and to permit entry of the chips into the chamber while the chip cartridge is in the first position. When the chip cartridge is in the second position, the chip receiving portion provides communication between the chamber and outside the chamber via an area less than or equal to about 200 percent of a surface area of the chip produced by the punch.
