A toy launch apparatus which includes single motor synchronized quick start/advanced start flywheel apparatus employing a drive mechanism for advancing rotation of projectile-propelling flywheels and driving a projectile-feeding advance mechanism for automatic and sequenced projectile-launching operation, with movement of the pusher mechanism to rapidly fire darts from the toy apparatus. The system apparatus and methods employing the single-motor-driven mechanism facilitate advanced starting projectile-propelling flywheels and driving a projectile-feeding mechanism in a novel fashion for automatic and sequenced projectile-launching operation with reduced mechanism mass and cost.

Quick start projectile launcher and methods

A large capacity magazine apparatus for spherical projectiles, such as toy foam balls that may be used in conjunction with a launcher. The magazine includes drum and clip housings and a rotatable sprocket with longitudinal flutes that together form a smooth pathway for the foam balls to travel in the magazine and to alleviate jams. The smooth pathway includes a helical path, a transition path and a linear path within the housings. A constant force spring provides a rotational force for the sprocket and a plurality of articulated rigid balls function to push the foam balls out of the magazine and into a firing chamber of the launcher.

High capacity magazine for spherical projectiles

Apparatus and methods employing projectile feeding magazine storage and rapid fire toy launch apparatus in combination with dart funnel for feeding darts, anti-jamming loading and launching mechanisms, receiving a series of dart projectiles for rapid magazine loading and firing without mis-fed darts jamming up either the dart magazine or launcher. The disclosure features various embodiments and aspects of a chest for quenching beverages. The chest can include a tank for holding a chilled mixture of ice and water, an ice maker adapted for making ice having an output for ejecting ice into a conduit in fluid communication with the tank, and a plurality of quench trays disposed above the tank for holding containers of beverages located in first and second positions. The trays can be filled with cold water by way of a conduit in fluid communication with the tank. The quench trays can include a compartment defined by a bottom and a plurality of walls, and defining therein a plurality of rows for aligning and containing a plurality of beverage containers. The drawers can further include at least one drain orifice configured to guide water out of the quench tray.

An electronic brake device for use with a wheel of a bicycle provides, among other features, wireless, remote disengagement of a wheel brake. A brake coupled to a housing is movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The housing includes a receiver configured to receive a command signal, and a processor operative to identify the received command signal. If the command signal is identified as a first command signal, the processor outputs a first control signal. An electric motor is operatively coupled to the brake to selectively move the brake from the engaged position in which the wheel of the bicycle is being braked to the disengaged position in which the wheel of the bicycle is free of any brake contact in response to the first control signal. Measured movement of the brakes between fully braked or fully disengaged positions are possible in the disclosed arrangement.

A universal mixer for mixing two or more components is provided. The mixer comprises two telescopically nested cylinders, the inner cylinder having a piston that stays in place due to hydraulic pressure inside the cylinders. The components to be mixed are inserted into a space formed by the outer cylinder, a cap and a gasket having one or more holes. The user forces the compounds through the holes by holding the handles of the mixer and pushing a back handle forward thereby causing the inner cylinder to move forward. The inner cylinder preferably has a diameter that narrows slightly from its back to front end. Further mixing is achieved by pulling the back handle backwards whereby the components are squeezed between the piston and the gasket and the components move through the holes in the gasket into the container formed by the outer cylinder.
