Systems and methods are provided to enable a user to conduct a transaction using their credentials stored on a secure server computer (e.g., a computer associated with a partner such as another merchant) by merely presenting their authentication data at a physical location via an auxiliary device. An auxiliary device may be provided for interfacing with a partner's backend server (e.g., the secure server computer). In some embodiments, biometric authentication may provide a mechanism for a true seamless and potentially frictionless (in the case of modalities that do not require physical contact) interaction. Payment can occur without any need for a card, phone, wearable, or any other user device as long as the auxiliary device is able to recognize the user and retrieve a credential that can be linked to that user.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems and methods for validating transactions using a cryptogram. One embodiment of the invention is directed to a method of processing a remote transaction initiated by a communication device provisioned with a token. The method comprises receiving, by a service provider computer, from an application on the communication device, a request for a token authentication cryptogram, wherein the token authentication cryptogram includes encrypted user exclusive data. The service provider computer may generate the token authentication cryptogram to include the user exclusive data. The service provider computer may send the token authentication cryptogram to the application, where the token authentication cryptogram can be used to validate the transaction, and the user exclusive data is extracted from the token authentication cryptogram during validation.

A method is disclosed. The method includes receiving a communication comprising a real credential from a communication device and providing the real credential to a token computer. The token computer generates a token and a cryptogram, and the cryptogram is formed using a resource provider initiated transaction indicator. The method includes receiving, from the token computer, the token and the cryptogram, and transmitting, to a processing computer, an authorization request message comprising the token, the cryptogram, a resource provider identifier, and a transaction amount for a first transaction. The processing computer validates the cryptogram, exchanges the token for the real credential, stores the resource provider identifier, and forwards the authorization request message including the real credential, and the transaction amount to an authorizing entity computer. The method also includes receiving an authorization response message from the authorizing entity computer.

The technology disclosed relates to systems and methods for generating a multi-part place identifier with at least one part. The system includes logic to receive a location address and a place name wherein the location address is a validated address. The system includes logic to calculate a geocode for the location address and use the geocode to identify a geometrical boundary encompassing the location address. The system includes logic to convert the identified geometrical boundary to an alpha-numeric identifier forming a Where part of the multi-part place identifier. The system can use an input location address or a place name to match a previously generated and stored multi-part place identifier. The system can provide the generated or matched multi-part place identifier to a user for use in further analysis.

Techniques for enhancing the security of a communication device when conducting a transaction using the communication device may include using a limited-use key (LUK) to generate a transaction cryptogram, and using a signature key to generate a signature. The transaction can be an offline data authentication transaction, and access can be granted based on authentication of the signature prior to verifying the transaction cryptogram.

The method includes establishing wireless communication with a point of sale terminal using a first communication channel, and establishing communication with the point of sale terminal using a second communication channel. The technology disclosed relates to systems and methods for finding a multi-part place identifier with at least one part. The system includes logic to receive an input including an input location address and validate the input location address (e.g., using coding accuracy support system or CASS). The system includes logic to access a database storing records of validated addresses and corresponding multi-part place identifiers using the validated address. The system includes logic to match the validated input address to an address in the stored records in the database and retrieve corresponding matched multi-part place identifier with at least a Where part. The Where part includes an alpha numeric identifier indicating a geometrical boundary for the matched validated input address. The system can provide the matched multi-part place identifier with at least the Where part to a user for use in further analysis.

Systems and methods for matching multi-part place identifiers

Implementations are provided that permit a seamless activation of a game or other application on a host device from a game controller. The game may be launched on the host device in response to an activation signal that is dispatched from the game controller. The game controller may generate the activation signal or it may send such a signal to the host device for processing. The game controller may detect that an action button has been pressed and generate the activation signal in response thereto.
