The present invention is directed to pyrrolidine compounds of the formula I:

3-thienyl and 3-furanyl pyrrolidine modulators of chemokine receptor activity

A repair flange comprising members of flat, thin, preferably non-corrosive sheet material dimensioned so as to be flush mounted over finished floor surface. The repair flange is designed to fit around the necks under the attachment rim of various size closet flanges and has an opening offset from the usual circular opening wherein the inner edges of two flange members can be proximate one another, spaced a distance apart or staggered. The flange members wherever their location, fit closely around the neck of the closet flange and the flange body extends over the floor surface beyond the area encompased by the rim of the closet fiancee so that attachment to the floor material can be made beyond the base cf the closet flange. The repair flange primarly adapted to repair floor material directly under the base of toilet bowls which contributes to a snug and tight connection of the toilet bowl to the floor system. A plurality of improved closet rings of substantially the same size and shape as said closet flange and designed to compensate for a situation where the closet flange is below floor level, wherein the rings have affixed to their undersurfaces a circular strip of strong adhesive made of butyl rubber, having a peelable non-adherent protective cover.

Closet ring used in a repair flange assembly

A repair flange comprising members of flat thin, preferably non-corrosive sheet material dimensioned so as to be flush mounted over a finished floor surface. The distinguishing features herein are that this repair flange is designed to fit around the necks under the attachment rim of various size closet flanges and has an opening offset from the usual circular opening wherein the inner edges of two flange members can be proximate one another, spaced a distance apart or standard. The flange members wherever their location fit closely around the neck of the closet flange and the repair flange body extends over the floor surface beyond the area encompassed by the rim of the closet flange so that attachment to the floor material can be made beyond the base of the closet flange. The addition of guide marks on the flange members facilitate the positioning of the flange members with respect to the closet flange. Slots in the flange members also simplify adjustment of the same to assure adequate fastening space to the closet flange. Slots also serve to enable shifting of the flanges to avoid damage to the cross webbing at the face of the toilet bowl. Screws for fastening the closet flanges to the flange members through countersunk spacers cushioned by washers enable better fastening and less likelihood of stripping the screws. A multipurpose planer member to extend the anchoring surface over large deteriorated flooring adds support to the toilet and floor systems.

Repair flange

A post operative protective face shield comprises essentially a transparent body of a flexible material. Along the upper and side edges of the body of the face shield is provided an adhesive strip whereby the shield can be adhesively attached to the perimeter of the face of a patient. The shield is attached to the forehead adjacent the hairline and extending downwardly following the contour along the sides of the face. The shield is primarily adapted for providing a waterproof shield to allow a patient having recently had facial cosmetic or reconstructive surgery to shower and shampoo their hair while keeping the bandages and incisions in a clean dry condition.
