The content is placed on a web document having a first web page and at least one other web page. The contents in the first web page are loaded and displayed on the user computer and the contents of the other web pages are loaded in cache and displayed on the first web page after the contents have been fully loaded.

A way to facilitate the use of funds from an automobile loan is provided. The applicant may receive a loan card to be used in the transaction that may be initially inactive, i.e. unable to be used for a transaction, until the vehicle identification number is received by the financial institution that accepted the loan application. When a user successfully authenticates into a website associated with an institution system, a cookie may be created and set on the web browser, and cookie information and additional information such as the associated internet protocol (IP) address or network interface card (NIC) identifier may be stored at the institution system. An electronic communication such as an email may have multiple file wrappers of metadata added to it by a sender. Each time the email passes to a mail server during its transmission from the sender to a recipient, one of the file wrappers may be stripped off by the mail server and sent to the sender. The information sent back to the sender with the file wrapper may comprise the server name and Internet protocol (IP) address of the computing device the mail server received the email from and the name of the mail server itself, along with a timestamp. In this manner, the sender may be apprised of the location of the email at all times during its transmission, and may be apprised of the route it took during its transmission.

The method includes calculating an interest amount using a current holding amount and a current interest rate; adding the interest amount to the current holding amount to form a new holding amount; determining if the new holding amount is at least at an agreed-upon level; decreasing the current interest rate if it is determined that the new holding amount is not at least at the agreed-upon level; receiving a deposit from a customer; and adding the received deposit to the new holding amount to yield a new current holding amount. The customer is under a contractual agreement to make a series of periodic deposits over a term of the investment instrument.
