An arrangement for liquid cooling of an electric machine with a stator and a rotor. The electric machine is enclosed over its outer circumference by a cooling jacket having an input and an output. In an installed position of the electric machine, the input is arranged spatially below a rotational axis of the rotor, and the output is arranged spatially above the rotational axis.

A gear unit for a motor vehicle electric drive system, has a housing with a middle portion and a first and second axial end portions. The middle portion receives an electric machine. A differential gear is arranged in the second end portion of the housing. The differential gear is connected on the drive side to a first planetary gearset and on the driven side to a first output shaft and second output shaft arranged coaxial to one another. The second output shaft is a hollow shaft, and the first output shaft extends into the second output shaft. A first bearing for rotatable support of the second output shaft is arranged radially between the second output shaft and a structural component of the gear unit, and a second bearing for the rotatable support of the two output shafts is arranged between the first output shaft and second output shaft.

An arrangement of at least one sensor track-scanning rotor position sensor (A) of an electric machine (EM) in a hybrid transmission housing () that includes a torque converter () and a housing-affixed oil supply plate arrangement is provided. The rotor position sensor (A) is attached on an oil-supply-plate side, and a sensor ring (), as a sensor track, is attached on a converter side. A hybrid transmission housing () including the arrangement is also provided.

A connection device may include a releasable electrical connection between a first current conducting element of a power electronics system and a second current conducting element of a transmission. The connection device may be configured such that it is removably locatable in a first opening in at least one of a power electronics housing and a second opening in a transmission housing. A transmission for a motor vehicle may include the connection device.
