A bone cement mixing and delivery system including a mixer, a delivery device, and a flexible extension tube. A connector is attached to a distal end of the flexible tube. The connector includes a housing, a fitting and an enlarged knob. A spindle that extends through the housing connects the fitting to the knob so the fitting rotates with the knob. A cannula is connected to the mixing and delivery system by placing the cannula fitting adjacent the connector fitting. The knob is rotated to result in the like rotation of the connector fitting. This causes the complementary threading on the connector fitting and the cannula fitting to engage.

A bone cement mixing and delivery system including a mixer and a delivery device. The mixer includes a paddle for mixing the components and a piston that pushes the mixed cement into the attached delivery device. The delivery device includes a tube into which the bone cement is forced from the mixer, and a plunger that forces the cement out of the tube during the medical procedure. The tube includes an entry port through which cement is introduced into the tube from the mixer. A one-way valve attached to the tube allows the cement to flow from the mixer through the entry port. After the cement is loaded in the tube, the delivery device is removed from the mixer. The valve blocks flow out of the entry port when the plunger is depressed.

A bone cement mixing and delivery system is provided in which separate components of bone cement are mixed together in a mixer to form a bone cement mixture. The mixer includes a paddle for mixing the components in a mixing chamber and a piston that pushes the mixing cement into an attached delivery device. The system further includes a switch that disconnects the drive assembly that actuates the paddle and piston from its power source. The switch is automatically tripped by a follower that moves upon actuation of the drive assembly. Once the cement is mixed and transferred to the delivery device, the follower trips the switch to automatically deactivate the drive assembly.

A bone cement mixing and delivery system is provided in which separate components of bone cement are mixed together in a mixer to form a bone cement mixture. The mixer includes a mixing paddle and a mixing shaft connected to the mixing paddle. A motor operatively engages the mixing shaft to rotate the mixing shaft and the mixing paddle to mix the components in a mixing chamber. The motor also operatively engages a transfer mechanism. After a predetermined mixing period has elapsed, the motor automatically actuates the transfer mechanism to transfer the mixture to a delivery device. The mixture is then delivered to a target site, such as a vertebral body of a patient or other anatomical site.

A pump for a watercraft comprises a housing including a chamber having an inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet, and a first and a second portion, wherein the first outlet is disposed in the first portion of the chamber and the second outlet is disposed in the second portion of the chamber. The inlet is adapted to receive a fluid therethrough, and the first and the second outlets are adapted to simultaneously emit a fluid therethrough. An impeller is disposed in the chamber of the housing and is adapted to induce a flow to a fluid from the inlet to the first and second outlets. The impeller is entirely disposed within the first portion of the chamber, wherein a fluid that is emitted through the second outlet must pass through the first portion of the chamber.

A bilge pump includes an outer housing having an interior wall separating a first cavity and a second cavity, an on/off electrical switch located within the first cavity, and a single-piece float located within the second cavity and having a float body and an actuator arm extending outwardly therefrom, wherein the float operably connects the electrical switch through an aperture in the interior wall, and wherein the float is configured such that the aperture remains above a water line within the second cavity during operation of the pump. The bilge pump also includes a motor having a motor housing having a hub and a power shaft extending from the hub, wherein the motor is located within the first cavity of the outer housing such that the hub of the motor housing is located within a hub of the first cavity, and seal member having a centrally located aperture receiving the power shaft therethrough, wherein the seal member is closely received about the hub of the motor housing and within the hub portion of the first cavity, thereby providing a water-tight seal about the power shaft and between the outer housing and the motor housing.

A fishing rod holder includes a cradle shaped to receive and selectively retain a fishing rod therein, and includes a first ratchet half thereon. A support pedestal that has a mount for attaching the fishing rod holder to a support surface, and includes a second ratchet half shaped to selectively lockingly engage with the first ratchet half. A quick-release connector mechanism permits angular adjustment between the cradle and the support pedestal. The quick-release connector mechanism includes an actuator pin extending centrally between the first and second ratchet halves, and rotatably connecting the cradle and the support to permit mutual rotation between a variety of different cradle positions. The actuator pin has a fixed end associated with one of the cradle and the spark pedestal, and a free end associated with the other of the cradle and support pedestal. The quick-release connector mechanism has an actuator lever pivotally operably connected with the free end of the actuator pin, and a cam configured to selectively engage the other of the cradle and the support pedestal when rotated to a locked position, wherein the first and second ratchet halves are converged to retain the cradle at a preselected position relative to the support pedestal. The actuator lever is shiftable to an unlocked position wherein the first and second ratchet halves are separated, such that the cradle may be rotated relative to the support pedestal.

A self-locking, angularly-tilting seat support is provided for supporting fishing boats and the like. The seat support includes a mounting plate adapted to support a seat thereon. A support stud has its upper end pivotally attached to the bottom of the mounting plate and its upper end slidably received within a pedestal. A pivot block is fixedly attached to the bottom of the mounting plate. A bushing is slidably mounted about the support stud and abuts the pedestal support. The pivot block and the bushing matably engage at a plurality of angular positions such that downward forces exerted on the mounting plate are transferred to the pivot block thereby effecting locking engagement between the pivot block and the bushing. The mounting plate may be selectively positioned between a plurality of angular positions relative to the support stud4by exerting an upward force on the mounting plate thereby causing the support stud to slide upwardly through the pedestal allowing the bushing to slide downwardly relative to the support stud thereby disengaging the bushing from the pivot block and allowing the mounting plate to be pivoted relative to the support stud.

A container holder assembly for holding beverage containers is adapted for mounting in a vehicle. The holder includes a housing for insertion in a vehicle, the housing having an open front. Two container retaining arms are mounted in the housing for movement from a retracted position within the housing to an extended position outside the housing. The arms form at least a portion of the container holder. A door is pivotably mounted to the housing for movement between a substantially vertical closed position covering the opening in the housing and an open substantially horizontal position forming a supporting shelf for a container. An actuator comprising a cam on the door and a follower on one of the arms and mounted between the door and the arm to pivot the arm from the extended position to the retracted position as the door moves between the open position and the closed position. The other arm has a follower which contacts the first arm to move the other arm into the housing as the first arm is moved into the retracted position.
