A rotorcraft provided with a yaw motion control system comprising a fairing and a rotor provided with blades, the blades being arranged in the fairing and able to rotate about an axis of rotation of the rotor, the fairing comprising a casing defining an air stream, the air stream extending in a direction of flow of the air within the fairing from an intake section towards an outlet section. The rotorcraft comprises an ice protection system comprising at least one grille arranged upstream of the air stream in the air flow direction, the grille facing the intake section parallel to the axis of rotation and the casing, no grille facing at least one unprotected section of the intake section in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation.

A rotorcraft having an aerodynamic device arranged below a rotor, which rotor participates at least in providing lift for the rotorcraft, the rotor being mounted to rotate about an axis of rotation, the aerodynamic device having a fairing provided with at least one air inlet for enabling a stream of cool air to flow from a region that is situated outside the rotorcraft to another region that is situated inside, the air inlet being delimited by an outer peripheral portion of the fairing. In accordance with the invention, the aerodynamic device has a perforated plate provided with at least one perforation, the perforation being suitable for allowing the stream of cool air to pass through it, the perforated plate having at least one main portion shaped to match an outer shape of the outer peripheral portion of said fairing.

A rotorcraft comprising a fuselage, a single main rotor, and a first propeller and a second propeller. The rotorcraft has an adjustment system configured, at least during a stage of hovering flight, to position the first propeller in a first low speed configuration in order to exert a first thrust including a first horizontal component and a first vertical component, the adjustment system being configured, at least during the stage of hovering flight, to position the second propeller in a second low speed configuration so as to exert a second thrust comprising a second horizontal component and a second vertical component.
