The invention proposes a lighting device for a motor vehicle. Such a device includes one or more electronic circuits incorporating electronic components sensitive to an electrostatic discharge. Thanks to the features of the invention, the components are protected by encouraging the controlled flow to ground of any electrostatic discharges. All portions of one or more electronic circuits can therefore be protected by preventing random electrostatic discharges liable to destroy or to degrade sensitive electronic components.

A lighting device for a motor vehicle that includes one or more electronic circuits incorporating electronic components sensitive to an electrostatic discharge. The electronic components are protected by encouraging the controlled flow to ground of any electrostatic discharges. Device for driving a plurality of light blocks of a motor vehicle

A process and a device for controlling a plurality of LED assemblies of an automotive vehicle, each LED assembly (Gi) executing a specific lighting/signalling function. The electrical power level (Pi) delivered by the electrical source is modulated according to distinct power levels (Pi) with relation to the function associated with each LED assembly (Gi) and temporary multiplexing is executed in order to successively transmit the distinct power levels (Pi) to the assemblies (Gi) over a multiplexing period (Tmux). Demultiplexing is effected and each distinct electrical power level (Pi) is selectively delivered to the LED assembly (Gi) concerned.
