The invention relates to a method for collecting products () arriving in line on a conveyor (), using a collector device () provided transversally relative to the advancement direction. The collector () deposits and drops the products collected at a take-up station () located on the side of said supply conveyor () the collector () is capable of a loop movement that can divided into a transverse movement combined with a longitudinal movement upwards of the queue, i.e. a movement opposite to that of the product supply conveyor. The equipment for implementing the method includes a table () provided at and along the conveyor (), a collector () carried by an appropriate structure for longitudinal and transverse movement above said conveyor () and said table (). The table () includes two panels () extending on either side of the supply conveyor () for depositing and dropping the products collected on either side of the conveyor () at the edge thereof.

The method for grouping stackable products arriving in line on a feed conveyor which has an accumulation function and a distribution function of the products, distribution being carried out sequentially to feed a supply conveyor which makes the products available so that they can be collected, the method including collecting the products distributed on the supply conveyor by a transversal collector which is mobile in a vertical plane, depositing the collected products on a take-up station which is located above the level of the supply conveyor and providing the collector with a loop movement, cyclical, in order to collect the products, deposit them and return to the point of departure.

A regulation method for ordering a flow of two lines of products includes at least: &#x2014;a first step of slowing when the spacing value between a first product pertaining to one of the lines and a second product, situated immediately upstream and pertaining to another of the lines is less than a first set value; and&#x2014;a second step of slowing when the value of the spacing between a downstream product of the first line and the proximal product situated immediately upstream on the second line is lower than a second set value, the first step of slowing and second step of slowing being respectively implemented selectively so as to place in phase the spacings between the products of the first and second lines according to a sequence determined as a function of the device for transferring to cavities.

Method of regulating a flow of products and layout for the implementation of such a method

The method consists in collecting products () that are arriving spaced and in line on a conveyor (). This collection is carried out by means of a collector device (), in the form of a comb, arranged transversally, forming an angle between 60 and 120&#xb0; in relation to the product advancement direction (). The collector () deposits and drops the collected products at a take-up station which is located on the side of said supply conveyor (); it is capable of a loop movement that can be divided, for the collecting of said products, into a transversal movement combined with a longitudinal movement upwards of the vial queue. The installation for the implementation of the method comprises a table () arranged at the level of and along the conveyor (), a collector () carried by an appropriate structure in order to be displaced longitudinally and transversally above said conveyor () and said table (). The table () is comprised of two panels () which extend on either side of the supply conveyor () in order to allow for the depositing and a dropping of the collected products on each side of said conveyor ().

Method for grouping products of the vial type and other

In an arrangement () for grouping a plurality of products (Pn, Pn+1) into batches (Li) carried by at least one conveyor belt () travelling in a longitudinal direction at a travelling speed (V), the products (Pn, Pn+1) arrive with at least one determined upstream spacing (E) between two successive products, and including an advanced phaser () provided on the path of the products (Pn, Pn+1) and capable of grouping transversally at least two products (Pn, Pn+1) into a row so as to form, at high speed, batches (Li) obtained by grouping the products (Pn, Pn+1).

An arrangement for the distribution of products (Pn) includes a distribution device consisting of a phaser () that includes two belts () driven independently and each comprising at least one cam () driven at a deflecting speed and selectively controlled in an operation mode for, according to a predetermined distribution sequence, contacting at least one product (Pn) of a first queue (F) in order to deflect laterally the product (Pn) from an initial position to a determined final position which is transversally offset relative to the initial position so as to form at least a second queue of products (Pn) parallel or orthogonal to the first queue.

Arrangement for the distribution of products on a high-speed conveyor belt

An arrangement () for assembling into batches (Ln), via a phasing device (), a plurality of products (Pn) traveling on a conveyor belt () from an intake zone upstream to an exit zone downstream. The phasing device () is placed between the intake zone and the exit zone. The arrangement has at least one retractable catch (), and the catch () is moved successively into an engaged position, causing a first product (Pn) to be slowed down until a second product (Pn) located immediately upstream moves up to it, so as to form a batch (Ln), and into a retracted position which enables the previously formed batch (Ln) to continue its downstream movement at the running speed of the belt.
