The invention relates to a seal device, including a locking pin and a sleeve, the locking pin having a head and a stem having a groove which interacts with a locking ring disposed in the sleeve to lock the sleeve onto the pin by insertion. The sleeve also includes a first transponder housed in the upper portion of the sleeve at a depth that is greater than the height of the stem and the locking pin also comprises a second transponder disposed on the outer periphery of the stem. Each transponder includes storage means for storing at least one unique identification code. Thus, any unauthorized handling of the seal device may be detected even if the latter is completely replaced after breakage.

The invention concerns a fastening member comprising a threaded part () and a head () with which the threaded part can be turned in order to tighten the fastening member in a corresponding element. The head () is formed of a plate () in one piece with the threaded part () and a cap () covering said plate. The cap () comprises a recessed portion () in which an offset is provided to form a housing (). The plate () comprises a guide finger () located inside the housing () to form a stop against which the cap presses in order to impart a rotational movement to the plate in the tightening direction. The cap () further comprises a remotely interrogatable electronic component () comprising a data storage means (). Said component is held in the recessed portion () with its end () protruding into the housing () so as to strike against the guide finger () and cause the fracture of the component when any attempt is made to unscrew or untighten the fastening member.

A device for detecting thermal radiation having a detector and a reflector type concentrator. The detector supports pairs of planar thermocouple elements having a cold junction in contact with the protected portion of the detector and a hot junction in thermal contact with the exposed portion of the detector. The reflector type concentrator concentrates thermal radiation coming from a three-dimensional zone. The detector and the reflector type concentrator are combined to define a zone under surveillance and detect any change in the state of thermal unbalance in the zone under surveillance.
