A reusable pump dispenser may simultaneously dispense and cool a product to a user. The product may be dispensed or dosed in predetermined and/or amounts desired by a user. The product may be cooled from an ambient temperature to a product application temperature. A cooling circuit subassembly may control the temperature, viscosity, and additional properties of the product, thereby providing a maximum benefit of the product when applied to the user. The reusable pump dispenser may eliminate microbes from the product and may provide a physical structure that may be held in a user's hand. The reusable pump dispenser may provide a reusable housing that may be easily replaced, refilled, and reused.

A cosmetic dosing system or kit may provide a display arranged to house one or more dosing containers and a handle. The one or more dosing containers may house cosmetic product and provide applicators that may be interchangeable with the handle. A magnetic closure may be utilized to attach the one or more dosing containers to the handle. The cosmetic dosing system or kit may provide a luxurious display that may reduce contamination of cosmetic product and prevent cosmetic product from drying.

A sample pump device comprising a flexible pouch, a rigid frame, a mechanical pump, an actuator and a rigid, non-flexible stem attachment. A flexible dip tube is specifically not included. The rigid frame houses the mechanical pump and supports the flexible pouch which contains a flowable product, such as perfume. The stem attachment provides a firm surface against which a user can provide counter pressure, as the mechanical pump is being operated. The sample pump device is adapted to withstand the extreme pressures of binding, bundling and distribution operations associated with printed circulars.

A heating system comprising a packette for heating a mask, wipe or towelette. In preferred embodiments, the packette comprises printed heating elements, printed circuit elements and a means of connecting to a power source. Power may be supplied through a USB-type connector or a handheld power supply that is custom designed to work with the heating packette.

A container-closure system that comprises a container () without screw threads; a custom wiper () that sits in the neck of the container; a magnetic ring () that encircles the neck of the container; a custom closure () that comprises a handle (), a conic section (), a wand () and an application surface () that depends from the distal end of the wand; an overshell () that fits over the handle and supports a metal ring (). The strength of the magnetic ring for the metal ring is sufficient to effect a tight seal in two sealing zones: between the conic section () of the closure and the beveled surface () of the wiper (); and between the bottom () of the handle and the custom sealing lip () on the top of the wiper.

A closure-container system comprising a screw-threaded inner cap that mounts to a screw threaded container, and an overshell that is enabled to rotate and translate relative to the inner cap. As the overshell rotates relative to the inner cap, one or more metallic magnets located in the overshell pull the cap toward one or more metallic elements associated with the container. The overshell and container make direct contact, so there is no unsightly gap. Also, the contact produces a satisfying, reassuring metallic 'click' sound, accompanied by a luxurious tactile sensation that, together, dispel the silent ennui normally associated with rotating closures.

A heating applicator system that heats personal care products without concerns of dry-out as a result of repeated exposure to heat comprising a disposable container subassembly and a reusable handle subassembly. The container subassembly comprises a lower printed circuit board that has heating elements disposed thereon. The reusable handle subassembly houses an upper printed circuit board that has electronic control elements. When the handle subassembly is attached to the container subassembly, the two circuit boards form an electric connection and create an electric heating circuit. Subsequently, the handle subassembly is able to detach from the container while the applicator head remains attached to the handle subassembly. After each use, the applicator head is replaced in the container. When the product is used up, the applicator head and the container can be detached from the handle subassembly. The handle subassembly can be reused, while the container and applicator head are discarded.

A screw-type closure system comprising a container and closure. The closure comprises a screw-threaded inner cap, a customized wand that depends from the inner cap and supports an applicator surface, an overcap that is enabled to translate axially relative to the inner cap, and one or more magnetic elements. The container comprises a specialized shoulder, a neck having a specialized screw thread profile, a customized wiper that engages the customized wand, an overshell that houses one or more magnetic elements that tend to attract the one or more magnetic elements of the closure. The closure is screwed onto the container until the inner cap comes to a hard stop, at which point the magnetic elements of the closure are aligned with the magnetic elements of the container. At that point, the overcap () of the closure () is drawn toward the overshell () of the container until they make contact, so that there is no unsightly gap. Also, the contact produces a satisfying, reassuring metallic 'click' sound, accompanied by a luxurious tactile sensation.

In preferred embodiments, the pouch comprises printed heating elements, printed circuit elements and a means of connecting to a power source. Power may be supplied through a USB-type connector or a handheld power supply that is custom designed to work with the heating pouch.

A cosmetic package is provided with an applicator brush head that has rake-like teeth extending from the core of the brush head. Each tooth has a flexible vertical post extending from the brush core to a horizontal beam. Several tines extend vertically from the beam to free ends. When the brush is drawn through a wiper in the product vial, the flexible vertical post allows the rake teeth to bend such that the tines pick up cosmetic product deposited at or near the core of the brush. As the brush head leaves the wiper, the rake-like teeth return to an upright position carrying the cosmetic product at or near the free ends of the tines.

Each perforated bristle comprises a textured lateral surface and a flat lateral surface, such that the surfaces of the bristles assume certain orientations.
