A method for managing functions of a motor vehicle for a user of the vehicle, notably including the steps of parameterizing the secondary computer with the configuration determined, of detecting at least one event corresponding to a triggering beacon or to a message received from the main computer, of obtaining, in the memory area of the secondary computer, at least one script associated with the at least one triggering beacon and/or with the at least one message for which an event has been detected, of the secondary computer executing the at least one script obtained.

Method for managing the access of a user to a motor vehicle

A method for managing transmissions, by a motor vehicle, of signals for detecting a device of a user over a wireless communication link. The method includes the steps of requesting activation, by the user of the vehicle, of a so-called 'silent' mode in which the transmission of detection signals by the vehicle over the wireless communication link is suspended, it being possible for communication signals generated by a physical entity other than the vehicle to be received by the vehicle, following the activation request, detecting the device of a user outside a predetermined area around the vehicle, activating the silent mode by the vehicle when the device of a user is detected outside the predetermined area, sending to the vehicle, by the user, a signal to deactivate the silent mode from the device so as to reauthorize the transmission of detection signals by the vehicle over the wireless communication link.

Method for managing transmissions of detection signals by a vehicle

A method for activating a function of a motor vehicle by an activation device including a plurality of transceivers capable of transmitting to the world outside the vehicle, from portable access equipment carried by a user. Activation of the function being triggered by detection of the presence of the user in a predetermined area around the vehicle during a polling phase, and depending on a result of authentication of the portable access device by the vehicle during an identification phase, the vehicle being equipped with a driver assistance system including a device for detecting and identifying obstacles in an environment nearby the vehicle. The method including: detection by the driver assistance system of at least one stationary obstacle in the predetermined area, and identification of the obstacle; and polling and identifying, modification of the transmission parameters of the transceivers transmitting in the direction of the obstacle thus detected and identified.

Method for activating a vehicle function and associated activation device

A method for transmitting in a passive activation system in a motor vehicle. Between each use-case module and a protocol driver an intermediate management layer is inserted that receives requests from the modules and stores them in a list according to oldness and priority ranking, selects a main request with the highest priority ranking, selects requests compatible with the main request, sends at least one grouped signal corresponding to the main and compatible requests to a portable activation device, receives back from the activation device at least one signal transmitted to the intermediate layer allowing the activation device to be located and then the location thereof to be sent to the case modules that sent the main request or a compatible request, and deletes the main and compatible requests from the list.

Transmission method in a passive activation system for activating at least one function present in a motor vehicle

A computer for activating at least one function of a motor vehicle from a portable authentication device, the vehicle including: a plurality of opening elements, a plurality of communication modules, each communication module being mounted in an opening element of the vehicle, a fixed reference module, the computer being configured to: determine the opening position of the at least one opening element detected in the open state, determine an inner detection zone, located in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, and an outer detection zone of the antenna, located outside the vehicle, from the determined opening position, calculate the position of the device, and activate at least one function of the vehicle when the authentication device is located in the inner detection zone of said opening element.

Computer for activating at least one function of a motor vehicle

A method for the activation by a user with a portable device of at least one function of a piece of motor vehicle equipment. The vehicle having a plurality of predefined areas (around and/or inside the vehicle) and including a plurality of pieces of equipment, each capable of implementing at least one function, and a management system for controlling the pieces of equipment. The method includes the user performing a predefined movement of the device in at least one predefined vehicle area, the management system determining the movement performed by the user with the device and the area or areas in which the movement is performed, associating the movement performed and the area or areas in which the movement is performed with at least one function of at least one of the vehicle's pieces of equipment, and activation by the management system of the at least one associated function.
