The method and the device in accordance with the invention make it possible in particular to carry out thermographic inspections of parts made of any materials and in particular of metal parts which may have considerable dimensions and complex shapes.

Method and device for the inspection of a material by thermal imaging

The invention concerns a mobile telephone comprising a housing containing an electrical circuit and a bearing a cover fixed in articulation to this housing a comprising a microphone, revolving contact being integrated in one of the two hinges linking the cover to the housing, for providing electric connections between the electric circuit and the microphone. Mobile telephone with an articulated cover and with rotary contacts

The scanning of a surface of a part is carried out by a means of imparting heat to at least one heating zone at the surface of the part. This occurs by relative displacement of the part and of the means of imparting heat. A detector is used to sense the flux radiated by the surface of the part in a detection zone displaced synchronously with the movement of the heating zone. The detector delivers, for each of the positions of a set of successive positions of the detection zone, a signal representative of the flux radiated. The scanning of the surface of the part is carried out along a determined path, in a first direction, then in a second opposite direction. For each of the successive positions of the detection zone, a differential signal is formulated.

Method for the inspection of a part by thermal imaging

An input/output connector for a portable communication device, wherein the input/output connector is to be surface mounted on a printed circuit board. The input/output connector comprises an insulating housing, contacts and means for shaping the contacts. The insulating housing has two positioning dogs fixed to lateral parts of the insulating housing. The two positioning dogs are to be soldered to the printed circuit board when the input/output connector is mounted thereto. The contacts are also to be soldered to the printed circuit board when the input/output connector is surfaced mounted to the printed circuit board. The means for shaping the contacts are received and mounted rigidly on a specified reference surface of the insulating housing. The means for shaping the contacts constrain and wedge the contacts relative to the reference surface of the insulating housing so that each of the contacts is contained in a common plane of reference for the coflatness of the contacts.

An electrical connector for a portable communication device. The connector is intended to be surface mounted to a printed circuit board of the portable communication device. The connector has a housing and contacts to be soldered to the printed circuit board. The housing has snap-fit lugs and positioning dogs to locate the housing for pressing the contacts on the printed circuit board with coflatness of the contacts before soldering of the contacts to the printed circuit board.
