An electro-valve for discharging a common rail while maintaining a minimum pressure, comprising an electro-magnetic coil inside which is arranged a movable plunger, controlling the displacements of a movable axis engaging a ball valve, said movable plunger being urged in the closing position of the ball valve by a spring housed inside a bearing cap, wherein a bottom wall of the bearing cap surrounds an external surface of the movable plunger, wherein a clearance between the external surface of the plunger and an internal wall of the bearing cap is filled with a film of fuel, the opening movement of the plunger causing the fuel to flow from a room situated on top of the plunger to a bore in which the axis is arranged, wherein a sleeve of a controlled thickness is arranged around the plunger within the clearance to set the thickness of said film of fuel.

Electro-valve for discharging common rail

A vehicle roll control system, comprising a front torsion bar(), attached to the front hydraulic actuator () and a rear torsion bar () attached to the rear hydraulic actuator (). A pressure control valve () is fluidly connected between a pressure source () and a reservoir (). A directional valve () is fluidly connected between the pressure control valve () and the hydraulic actuators (). A pressure relief valve () fluidly connects the directional valve to the pressure source () or the reservoir () and is actuated to create pressure differential between first fluid chambers () of the hydraulic actuators ()and/or to create pressure differential between second fluid chambers () of the hydraulic actuators ().

Vehicle roll control system

The electromagnetic valve comprises a cylindrical housing and a solenoid having an axial hole capable of receiving one of the ends of the housing that is associated with a split ring capable of being placed in a first circular recess on the periphery of the housing for extending partially and simultaneously in a second circular recess on the inner surface of the axial hole of the hole forming a port in such a manner as to establish a connection between the housing and the solenoid and the hole forming a port. An elastically compressible intermediate ring is placed around the housing and capable of being compressed between opposing support surfaces.
