A gas valve unit for controlling a gas throughput guided to a gas burner of a gas device includes a plurality of on-off valves. Each on-off valve includes a movable valve body with a shut-off body and an activation area, a closing spring which, when the on-off valve is closed, pushes the shut-off body onto a sealing seat and thereby closes an opening. A driver lifts the shut-off body away from the sealing seat for opening the on-off valve by a force caused by the driver when engaging into the activation area against a force of the closing spring. The valve body has a shoulder area to accept a torque arising on engagement of the driver into the activation area.

A gas burner including a gas inlet opening, a gas chamber connected to the gas inlet opening, and a gas input chamber connecting the gas inlet opening and the gas chamber, wherein the gas input chamber leads out from the gas inlet opening into the gas chamber in an at least partially upward angled manner.

A gas valve unit for controlling a gas throughput routed to a gas burner of a gas appliance includes a valve housing, an actuation shaft which is able to set an opening cross section of the gas valve unit, and a stop valve. A linearly-displaceable connection element transmits a movement of the actuation shaft to the stop valve. The connection element has a plastic bend forming an overpressure protection.

A gas valve unit for setting a gas volumetric flow to a twin-circuit gas burner of a gas appliance includes a valve body having a gas inlet and two gas outlets, and a control mechanism for adjusting the gas volumetric flow to at least one of the gas outlets in a multiple-stage manner. The control mechanism has a zero position in which the gas volumetric flow to the gas outlets is interrupted, and a switching position which is adjacent to the zero position and in which the gas volumetric flow is set to a maximum value.

A gas valve unit for adjusting a volumetric gas flow supplied to a gas burner of a gas appliance, in particular a gas cooking appliance. The gas valve unit has a gas inlet, at least two open/close valves, at least two throttle points and a gas outlet. The gas valve unit includes a throttle segment in which the throttle points are arranged in series and each pair of adjacent throttle points is connected by corresponding connecting section. The inlet sides of at least two open/close valves are connected to the gas inlet, and the outlet side of at least one open/close valve leads into a connecting section of the throttle segment.

Gas valve unit for a dual circuit burner

A gas valve unit for adjusting a gas volume flow fed to a gas burner of a gas-operated device, particularly a gas cooking appliance, includes a valve body, in which at least two valve seats of open-close valves of the gas valve unit are formed. At least two throttle points each having at least one throttle opening are formed in the valve body. The valve body includes a plurality of mutually parallel plates, with one of the parallel plates forming a valve sealing plate with the at least two valve seats of the open/close valves and another of the parallel plates forming a throttle plate with the throttle openings of the at least two throttle points. The valve sealing plate is made of a flexible material, such as plastic.

A gas valve unit for adjusting a volumetric gas flow supplied to a gas burner of a gas appliance, in particular a gas cooking appliance, includes at least two open/close valves which can be actuated by moving at least one magnetically active body, in particular a permanent magnet, relative to the open/close valves. For actuating an open/close valve, a position of the magnetically active body, which is preferably implemented in the form of a permanent magnet, can be varied relative to the shut-off body of the open/close valve.

A burner ring for a gas burner, the burner ring including an outer circumference and an inner circumference, a distribution chamber having gas outlets to the outer circumference of the burner ring, a transfer ignition groove that is outwardly open on one side and extends between the inner circumference of the burner ring and the outer circumference of the burner ring, a gas conducting channel into which the transfer ignition groove opens at least partially, and at least one gas supply opening between the distribution chamber and the gas conducting channel, wherein the gas conducting channel and the transfer ignition groove are arranged mutually symmetrically, and wherein the at least one gas supply opening is offset in a region of the gas conducting channel at an angle relative to the transfer ignition groove.
