The scroll refrigeration compressor according to the invention includes a sealed enclosure at least partially defining a discharge chamber designed to be connected to a discharge line, and a discharge valve attached on the sealed enclosure and fluidly connected to the discharge chamber. The discharge valve includes a valve body, a valve seat, and a discharge check valve movable between a covering position and a released position. The discharge valve includes deflection means positioned in the valve body and arranged to orient the flow of refrigerant coming from the discharge line at least partially toward the periphery of the discharge check valve.

Scroll refrigeration compressor

A valve arrangement including a valve plate with at least one delivery port intended to allow fluid flow from a delivery line made in of a volute of the compressor, and a valve seat made on a first face of the valve plate, a delivery valve moveable between an obturation position and a release position, retaining means arranged for limiting the movement range of the delivery valve. The arrangement further includes at least one bypass valve positioned adjacent to the second face of the valve plate, the bypass valve being moveable between an obturation position of a bypass channel made in the plate of said volute, and a release position in of said bypass channel, and retaining means positioned on the second face of the valve plate and arranged in order to limit the movement range of the bypass valve towards its release position.

Valve arrangement for a scroll refrigeration compressor

A compressor including: a stationary volute and a moving volute each including a plate provided with a scroll, said scrolls defining variable-volume compression chambers; a delivery line provided in the plate of the stationary volute; a delivery port arranged such as to establish a communication between the delivery line and a delivery chamber; and a non-return device including (i) a valve seat surrounding the delivery port and (ii) a delivery valve which can move between delivery port opening and closing positions. The compressor includes: at least one bypass passage having a first end opening into the delivery line at a point between the central compression chamber and the valve seat and a second end opening into an intermediate compression chamber or into a low-pressure portion of the compressor, and at least one bypass valve which can move between bypass passage closing and opening positions.

The scroll refrigeration compressor includes a sealed casing, stationary and moving volutes including spiral wraps engaged in one another and defining the variable-volume compression chambers, a delivery chamber defined by the plate of the stationary volute and the sealed casing, a heat shield disposed in the delivery chamber and dividing the delivery chamber into a first volume defined by the plate of the stationary volute and the heat shield and a second volume defined by the heat shield and the sealed casing, and at least one flow passage arranged to communicate the first and second volumes. The compressor further includes at least one bypass passage arranged to communicate the first volume with an intermediate compression chamber, and at least one bypass valve disposed in the first volume and movable between closing and opening positions for closing and opening the corresponding bypass passage.

This compressor comprises first and second volutes describing an orbital relative movement and each comprising a plate from which a spiral extends, the two spirals being engaged one inside the other and defining pairs of compression chambers of variable volume. The compressor has a housing formed in that surface of the plate of the first volute which is turned towards the spirals, which housing opens into one of the compression chambers, refrigerant delivery means leading into the housing, and a nonreturn device being mounted in the housing, the nonreturn device preventing communication between the delivery means and the compression chamber into which housing opens in a first or closed position, and allowing communication between the delivery means and said compression chamber in a second or open position.

Scroll-type refrigerator compressor

Compressor has a fixed scroll and a scroll movable in an orbit relative to the fixed scroll. The fixed and movable scrolls are equipped with a spiral wrap that engage each other and delimit variable-volume compression chambers. The spiral wrap of the movable scroll has a stepped portion extending over at least a portion of its length. At least one of the scrolls defines a passage for communication, during orbital movement of the movable scroll, between two compression chambers, with the ends of the passage terminating respectively on either side of the outer and inner walls of the spiral wrap of the scroll with the passage or inside the outer and inner walls of the spiral wrap of the scroll with the passage. The passage has a check valve for allowing fluid to flow only from the outer wall of the spiral wrap of the scroll with the passage to the inner wall.

In a compressor at least one bypass valve is arranged in a low-pressure zone inside a casing of the compressor. The bypass valve defines a chamber connected by a first duct to at least one compression pocket situated in the peripheral zone of the compression stage and by a second duct to the low-pressure zone, the two ducts opening near one another so that they can be shut off by a shutter which can move in the chamber, being guided by the walls that delimit this chamber, a third duct intended for conveying a shutter-control fluid opening into the lower wall of the chamber of the valve. The shutter is opened by gravity when no control fluid is applied.
