An elastic nappy element that includes an elastic layer () and outer layers () made of a non-woven fabric. The nappy element has connecting regions () for connecting the outer layers () to the elastic layer (). These connecting regions () include zones () in which a form-fitting bond of non-woven material and solidified material of the elastic layer () is formed.

Elastic nappy element

An elastic diaper element that includes an elastic layer () and at least one layer () made of a nonwoven fabric. The element has connection portions () between the elastic layer () and the non-woven layer (). The non-woven layer () is corrugated in the non-stretched state and has portions () that act as a reserve allowing stretching. The connection portions () include zones () in which there is a form-fitting bond of material of the layer () made of the nonwoven and solidified material of the elastic layer ().

Elastic diaper element

A laminate material web has two webs of nonwoven fabric that lie on the outside, and film strips of an elastic film disposed between them, in sections, whereby the nonwoven fabric webs are connected with one another in the regions between the film strips. The film strips are connected with the inner surfaces of the nonwoven fabric webs only at the two longitudinal edges, in each instance, both on the top and on the bottom, and the nonwoven fabric webs have weakenings running in the web direction, in the regions that cover the film strips. A method for the production of a laminate material web is also described.

The invention relates to a method for the application of a reusable fastener, comprising a sealing band and a sealing strip, to a diaper. According to the invention, strips, comprising a support and a backed material with sealing elements in the form of loops or hooks, are fixed to the diaper without adhesive. In a first method step the strips are attached by means of thermobonding or ultrasound welding. In a second methods step, the above are then fixed to the counter-surface by cold pressing or ultrasound welding.
