Provided is a CNC machining device capable of more accurately measuring a shape of an object. The CNC machining deviceincludes a tool magazine, a spindle, an automatic tool replacing device, a CNC controller, a sensor headconfigured to generate measurement data corresponding to a distance from a surface of the object, and a personal computer. The sensor headgenerates measurement data (X, Z) at regular intervals. The CNC controllergenerates position coordinate data (x, y, z, xθ, yθ, zθ) at regular intervals. The sensor headtransmits the measurement data to the personal computerthrough first radio communication RC. The sensor headtransmits a synchronization signal for synchronizing the measurement data and the position coordinate data to the CNC controllerthrough second radio communication RC
