The present disclosure relates to an interconnection assembly for a stator of an electrical machine. The interconnection assembly comprises a shaped bus bar, which has a first region, which comprises a connection point of the interconnection assembly for an external connection, a second region, in which a connecting point for forming a connection of the bus bar to a stator winding is formed, and a central region, which connects the first region and the second region. The first region and the second region are arranged in parallel planes. The central region is oriented in such a way that an angle of a transition between the first region and the central region and an angle of a transition between the second region and the central region deviate from a right angle. The disclosure also relates to a stator having an interconnection assembly.

The invention relates to a stator (IO) in an electric machine (I) with a laminated core (II) formed in an annular fashion about a central axis (A), on which core stator coils () with coil ends () are arranged by means of formers (). The stator (IO) comprises wiring device (), on which a plurality of mutually isolated connecting conductors (-) with coil connection areas (-) are present for connecting the stator coils (). The wiring device () is joined on the stator in an axial joining direction to the stator coils () and is secured by axial connection means () to the formers (), thus forming a plurality of axial connections (). According to the invention, to increase the stiffness of the stator (IO), radial supporting means () are additionally formed on the wiring device () to interact with the formers (), said means being designed to be functionally independent of the axial connection means ().

A coil with a distributed winding formed from hairpins that each have two straight-line conductor portions arranged in different slots of a coil body. Contact regions shaped in circumferential direction adjoin the conductor portions at one axial end and are connected at the other axial end through a turning region. The contact regions have at the end remote of the coil body a connection portion that are aligned in radially extending rows. The contact regions of a layer are shaped in the same circumferential direction. A portion of the contact regions of an outer layer is deformed in radial direction to form an additional, and these contact regions are shaped in a circumferential direction opposite to the contact regions of the outer layer.

An interconnection arrangement includes an annular carrier element with a plurality of axial cutouts, each for passage of a portion of a winding and a plurality of concentrically arranged, hollow-cylindrical switching rings. Each switching ring is adapted to contact a winding. The carrier element and the switching rings are adapted to radially positively engage one inside the other in an axial contact zone.

An interconnection device for a stator winding having connection conductors constructed as annular disks, coaxially stacked, and electrically insulated with respect to one another. Each connection conductor has fastening openings distributed in circumferential direction for fixing the interconnection device to a stator. The connection conductors are stacked such that the fastening openings are positioned to form a fastening passage The connection conductors are axially spaced apart from one another and are overmolded with a plastic to form a metal/plastic composite part. A stator of an electric machine has an annular stator lamination stack at which stator coils with coil ends are arranged by winding bodies and are connected to an interconnection device arranged at the stator lamination stack on the front side. The interconnection device () is fixed to the stator coils by a carrier element and has connection conductors arranged coaxial to one another that are electrically insulated from one another by insulating layers and carried by the carrier element. Coil connection areas and power connection areas are provided at the connection conductors. A stator of an electric machine has an annular stator lamination stack at which stator coils with coil ends are arranged by winding bodies and are interconnected with an interconnection device that has a plurality of connection conductors arranged coaxially to one another and which are electrically insulated from one another by insulating layers. The connection conductors have coil connection regions for the coil ends and power connection regions for supplying power to the electric machine (). The connection conductors are annular disks and are arranged in an axially staggered manner at the stator. Each connection conductor has at least one fastening portion for fastening to the stator and a winding body has at least one connection area. The fastening portions of the connection conductors are arranged to overlap one another, and the connection conductors are fastened along with them to the connection area of the winding body.
