This application relates to a coolant condenser assembly for an air conditioning system for a motor vehicle. In a supercooling region, at least two cooling pipes, as the first supercooling parallel section, are acted upon in parallel by the coolant in a fluid-conducting manner, the coolant which flows out of the first supercooling parallel section flows into a first supercooling intermediate flow duct, and the first supercooling intermediate flow duct opens into at least two cooling pipes as the second supercooling parallel section, and the second supercooling parallel section opens into a second supercooling intermediate flow duct and the second supercooling intermediate flow duct opens into at least two cooling pipes as the third supercooling parallel section, such that the outlet opening is disposed on a second longitudinal side of the coolant condenser assembly.

Coolant condenser assembly

A heat exchanger is provided that includes a first flow channel for a refrigerant, a second flow channel for a refrigerant, and a third flow channel for a coolant, wherein the first flow channel has a first region for initial cooling of the refrigerant and a second region for further cooling of the refrigerant. The refrigerant can flow in a high-pressure phase in the first flow channel and the refrigerant can flow in a low-pressure phase in the second flow channel. A first heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant in the first region of the first flow channel and the coolant in the third flow channel and a second heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant in the second region of the first flow channel and the refrigerant in the second flow channel.

The first flow channels and the second flow channels are received in a first manifold at a first end region of the flow channel end regions and in a second manifold at a second end region of the flow channel end regions. The first manifold has a first base and the second manifold has a second base, the first base and second base having a plurality of openings in which the end regions of the flow channels are received. The first manifold has a first longitudinal channel and a second longitudinal channel. The second manifold has a second cover which together with the second base of the second manifold forms transverse channels, and one first flow channel and one second flow channel are fluidically connected to each other via a respective transverse channel.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger, particularly for a heating or air conditioning system for motor vehicles, includes at least one inlet channel and at least one outlet channel and at least one collector, which has at least two metal sheets or plates abutting each other, and a flow device through which a first medium can flow, while a second medium can flow around the flow device. The first medium is distributed by an inlet channel to the collector and to the flow device and can be conducted to an outlet channel, and at least one further channel for distributing the coolant is provided, which is connected in a communicating manner via at least one opening to the inlet channel.

Heat exchanger having additional refrigerant channel

The invention relates to an insert for a collector of a condenser, having a main body with a sealing lip for abutment against the inner wall of the collector axially between the two flow transfer openings of the collector, having a filter element for the fluid to flow through, having a fluid diverting element, and having a fluid duct such that the fluid diverting element diverts the radially inflowing fluid stream into an axially flowing fluid stream, and the fluid duct conducts the diverted fluid flow to the filter.

A vaporizer for a cooling circuit, particularly for a motor vehicle, is provided that includes a vaporization region, wherein a coolant flowing through the vaporization region takes up heat from an outside region, wherein the vaporization region is downstream of a first expansion element on the inlet side in the direction of flow of the coolant, wherein an exchanger member is provided between the vaporization region and the first expansion element, and wherein heat can be transferred from the coolant upstream of the vaporization region to the coolant downstream of the vaporization region.

Evaporator for a refrigeration circuit

A heat exchanger includes a tube with a heat-exchange passage and an end piece. The heat-exchange passage directs the flow of a first medium and includes a first flow section and a second flow section arranged in parallel. The end piece has a tube plate that includes a base plate, a diverter plate, and a cover plate. An end of the tube connects to the base plate. The diverter plate has a cutout that forms a diverter passage. The cover plate lies adjacent to the diverter plate and covers the diverter passage in a fluid-tight manner. A second medium flows exterior to the heat-exchange passage.

Heat exchanger for a motor vehicle

The invention relates to a heat exchanger, particularly a radiator for a heating or air conditioning unit in motor vehicles, which cools a coolant. Said heat exchanger () is penetrated by air, comprises collector pipes (S, S, S, S) and several essentially horizontally disposed pipes (), and is divided into several partial blocks (T, T, T, T). Heat exchanger, particularly for a motor vehicle

A device which is used to replace heat, for a motor vehicle, includes at least one first collecting and/or distribution device for at least one fluidic medium. The collecting and/or distribution device is fluidically connected to a plurality of through-flow devices, through which the medium flows at least in parts. The collecting and/or distribution device includes at least one base device, a covering device and a separating device, which divides the collecting and/or distribution device into at least two partial areas.
