Converter circuit with short-circuit current protection

A converter circuit arrangement having a DC intermediate circuit (,) includes a transformer (,) having at least two windings (,and,). This transformer (,) is connected in the intermediate circuit (,) such that the undesirable, unbalanced current components lead to magnetization of the transformer core and are thus reduced. A grounded LC filter (Lf, Cf) is connected upstream of the load (,) and produces a sinusoidal voltage across the load (,). In consequence, the circuit can be used with any desired rotating-field machines, and thus also for retrofitting existing systems.

Converter circuit arrangement having a DC intermediate circuit

In a semiconductor clamped stack, in particular for high-power converters, a plurality of power semiconductor components are arranged alternately together with water-cooled cooling cans in a stack. A clear arrangement of all the components and supplies is achieved, and defective semiconductor components can be replaced more easily, in that a molding (10) according to the invention is used for holding in each case one heat sink and one power semiconductor component. Rails and latching-in fasteners are provided for guiding and holding the latter.
