A rotor for an electric motor is disclosed. The rotor includes a rotor shaft with a hollow space arranged in the rotor shaft at least in regions. The hollow space is structured as a cooling channel and has an inner surface. The inner surface of the hollow space comprises structures for an enlargement of a surface area, and/or at least one structural element is provided in the hollow space directly or indirectly connected to the inner surface of the rotor shaft for at least one of the enlargement of the surface area and/or for the mixing of coolant.

The position indicator includes an axially extending passage for connecting to the camshaft and at least one radially projecting tooth. Method for manufacturing a piston indicator for a camshaft

A combined plug-sensor wheel for a camshaft is disclosed. The combined plug-sensor wheel includes a pin projecting in an axial direction of the camshaft. The pin, when inserted into the camshaft, seals the camshaft in a fluid-tight manner. According to an implementation, the combined plug-sensor wheel and the camshaft are incorporated into an internal combustion engine.

A valve drive for an internal combustion engine may include a cam shaft including at least two cams rotationally attached thereto. The valve drive may also include a cam follower including a roller bolt including a rotatable roller arranged thereon. Additionally, the valve drive may include a lever device drivingly connected to the cam follower configured to adjust the cam follower between a first position and a second position. The valve drive may further include a rotatably supported control lever drivingly connected to the cam follower configured to adjust at least one valve of an internal combustion engine. The valve drive may include an actuator drivingly connected to the lever device configured to adjust the cam follower between the first position and the second position, the actuator may be connected to the cam follower in an articulated manner via the lever device.

An assembled camshaft and a method for producing an assembled camshaft are disclosed. The assembled camshaft may include a camshaft main body having a longitudinal axis. The camshaft main body may include a first axial section and a second axial section disposed between the first axial section and a third axial section. The second axial section may have an outer profile including a toothing extending in an axial direction. At least one sliding cam may be arranged on the second axial section. A drive wheel may be arranged on a free end of the first axial section, and a receiving element may be arranged on at least one of the first axial section and the third axial section.

A method for manufacturing a sliding tappet of a valve train of an internal combustion engine may include the steps of: providing a main body; applying a coating at least on a contact surface of the main body configured for contacting an associated cam. The coating may include tungsten carbide and cobalt, and the coating may be applied via high velocity oxygen fuel spraying. The method may further include the step of performing a surface finishing on the coating after the coating is applied.

A bearing frame or cylinder head cover of an internal combustion engine may include at least one camshaft mounted therein. The camshaft may be tunnel-mounted in at least two bearing openings arranged along a bearing channel. The bearing openings may enclose the camshaft. At least one axial bearing disc may be arranged on the camshaft. The bearing frame or cylinder head cover may have at least one recess which is open towards the camshaft. The at least one recess may be configured to circumferentially guide the axial bearing disc via two opposing axial bearing end faces of the axial bearing disc interacting with a side wall region of at least one side wall of the at least one recess, thereby forming an axial bearing for the camshaft.

Hydraulic play compensation element for a valve gear of an internal combustion engine

The invention relates to a roller tappet, with at least the shaft made from plastic. The aim of the invention is to achieve a weight-saving mounting of the roller. The aim is achieved, in that the axle carrying the roller may be clipped into the insert, which is of unitary construction with the shaft piece.
