A reflector sub-assembly for an antenna assembly configured to support FDD and TDD modes of operation is presented. The reflector sub-assembly comprises a reflector defining at least one reflector opening, and at least one first PCB arranged to cover the reflector opening having a first PCB side directed towards the reflector and with a metallic layer thereon and a second PCB side directed away from the reflector and comprising one or more first electric lines. The reflector sub-assembly also comprises an array of first radiators to support a TDD mode extending through the reflector opening and having a feeding end directed towards the first PCB and electrically connected to at least one of the first electric lines and a distant end facing away from the first PCB and carrying at least one first radiating element. The reflector sub-assembly further comprises one or more second radiators to support an FDD mode.

Antenna assembly supporting FDD and TDD operational modes and reflector sub-assembly thereof

A mobile radio antenna for connection to at least one mobile base station. The mobile radio antenna comprises a plurality of radiating elements and an antenna array module, which comprises at least a first housing module. The first housing module comprises a first receiving space and a second receiving space, which are separated from each other by at least one partition. A first phase shifter arrangement is situated in the first receiving space. A first duplex filter assembly is situated in the second receiving space. The at least one partition comprises a first opening, wherein a common terminal of the first duplex filter assembly is electrically or electromagnetically connected to a common terminal of the first phase shifter arrangement through the first opening. Furthermore, an antenna-side terminal of the first phase shifter arrangement is electrically connected directly or indirectly to a first terminal of at least one radiating element.

Mobile radio antenna for connection to at least one mobile base station

A mobile radio antenna includes a complete reflector is formed as one piece or by or connected to the at least one or more reflectors, or comprises at least one or more reflectors. The complete reflector comprises on the two outer longitudinal sides thereof extending in the longitudinal direction a first shield wall which shields the first and/or passive component space and/or distribution space, and a second shield wall connects directly or indirectly to the first shield wall. The two second shield walls extending on the longitudinal sides of the complete reflector protrude in the backwards direction of the antenna across a mounting plane or a section plane along which plane the first or passive component space and/or distribution space is separated or divided from the second or active component space.

An electrically capacitively shielded component housing for a mobile radio antenna has an opening region which is shielded with respect to HF radiation by a shielding cover or plate. The contact or anchoring cover segments of the shielding cover or plate are arranged against the component and/or reflector housing immediately adjacent to and in parallel with the contact or anchoring housing segments. An insulating layer is interposed, and the planar contact or anchoring housing segments and the planar contact or anchoring cover segments are oriented parallel to or at an angle to an insertion or mounting direction (E) and/or a central axis (Z) extending through the component and/or reflector housing, at an angle &#x3b1; where 0&#xb0;&#x2264;&#x3b1;&#x3c;90&#xb0;.
