A turbine for an exhaust-gas turbocharger has a turbine housing formed with two volutes through which an exhaust gas can flow and which are separated by a separating wall. Only a single wastegate valve is provided for both volutes. The wastegate valve is a linear valve with a linear valve element. The linear valve element is received in the separating wall and is movably guided in its axial direction in the separating wall.

A turbine for an exhaust-gas turbocharger has a turbine housing formed with two exhaust-gas volutes through which an exhaust gas can flow. A separating wall is provided between the exhaust-gas volutes. The exhaust-gas volutes have a wastegate opening which is closable by a wastegate valve. A further valve element provided for controlling the volute connection has a displacement shaft and a closing body. The displacement shaft is guided through a bore that is formed in the separating wall between the two volutes, and the closing body is arranged in a volute connection, formed as a passage recess, of the separating wall in order to open and close the volute connection.

A turbine for an exhaust gas turbocharger has a housing with two exhaust gas volutes, between which a separating wall is provided and which have a common waste-gate opening. The turbine housing is equipped with a linear valve, which has a valve element and a displacement shaft for actuating the valve element. The displacement shaft of the linear valve is led through the separating wall in a separating wall plane and, in the direction of the shaft longitudinal axis of the linear valve, is movably arranged in the separating wall. The valve element is arranged in a separating wall cutout between the exhaust gas volutes and is led out of the area of the exhaust gas volutes in the direction toward the waste-gate opening, toward a valve seat which is formed on the inner side of the waste-gate opening, facing the exhaust gas volutes.

A turbine for an exhaust turbocharger has a dual branch turbine housing and valve arrangement for branch connection and waste gate control. The turbine for an exhaust-gas turbocharger, having a turbine housing which has two exhaust-gas volutes through which an exhaust gas mass flow can flow and between which there is provided a separating wall and having a linear valve which has a valve element and a displacement shaft. The displacement shaft is guided through the separating wall and is arranged movably in the direction of its shaft longitudinal axis in the separating wall. The displacement shaft and the valve element are separate components which are connected to one another such that a compensation of positional and dimensional tolerances between displacement shaft and valve element during operation is made possible.
