A valve element for a hydraulic control device, in particular valve sleeve () or valve housing for a control valve on internal combustion engines or transmissions of motor vehicles, wherein the valve element has a displaceable control piston () which is subjected to load on one side by a spring () which is supported on a spring support () which is fixed to the valve element. The spring support () has at least one opening () which is connected to a pressure medium line, and the pressure medium line is in the form of a pressure medium inlet line. An axial filter () is arranged at the opening () of the spring support () and/or the opening () of the spring support () is provided with a check valve ().

A tappet for a valve train or a pump drive particularly a cup tappet () having a hollow cylindrical outer body on whose wall region () an anti-rotation element () is received in a window-type through-opening (), the anti-rotation element () being seated through support surfaces () of a head () on an outer diameter () of the wall region () and extending with a shank () projecting from the head () through said through-opening (). The anti-rotation element () is fixed via a welded joint. In order to fix the anti-rotation element () with low manufacturing costs and, at the same time, with only an insignificant impairment of the outer body, the welded joint is made between the shank of the anti-rotation element () and an inner body that is received in the outer body and is connected to the outer body. A method of making a tappet of the aforesaid tappet is also provided.

An electromagnetic actuating unit of a hydraulic control valve which has an armature disposed inside an armature chamber in an axially displaceable manner, and a pole core disposed in a recess. The pole core limits the armature chamber in a direction of movement of the armature. The geometry of the armature serves to adjust the characteristic line of the electromagnetic actuating unit.

The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuation unit () of a hydraulic valve (), with a housing (), a closing body () and a sealing element (), the closing body () being plugged into an insertion opening () of the housing (), the sealing element () bearing against the closing body () and the housing () and protecting the interior of the actuation unit against the ingress of media.

An electromagnetic hydraulic valve () is provided having a magnetic armature () which is guided in a longitudinally movable fashion in an armature guide () and activates a valve push rod () which extends in a valve housing (). The valve push rod () controls the connection between connection openings (), formed in the valve housing (), for hydraulic medium in that the valve push rod () is operatively connected to one or more sealing bodies () which correspond to one or more sealing sleeves () supported in the valve housing (). The hydraulic valve () includes an arrangement for precipitating particles of dirt, which element includes an intermediate floor (), which is arranged between the armature guide () and the connection openings (). The intermediate floor () forms a hydraulic seal with an inner casing surface () of the valve housing (), and the valve housing () is formed of a magnetizable material in order to precipitate ferromagnetic particles of dirt.

An electromagnetic adjustment unit of a directional control valve is provided. The individual components of the adjustment unit are to be embodied, arranged, and joined such that the assembly expenditure and the costs during the production are reduced to a minimum.
