A conveyor system conveys devices for receiving components to be welded together, especially for internal combustion engine exhaust systems, into and out of a welding cell. The conveyor system includes a conveying vehicle () with a chassis () that can travel on a subfloor via rollers (). A superstructure () is carried vertically adjustably on the chassis (). At least one device carrier () receives components to be welded together in a position intended for the welding together in relation to one another. A positioning/holding formation () is provided on the superstructure () and a counter-positioning/holding formation () that meshes or can be caused mesh with the positioning/holding formation () is provided on the device carrier () for presetting a conveying position of the device carrier () on the superstructure ().

Conveyor system

A quick-change coupling (), for coupling a device carrier () to a carrier unit () of a welding cell (), especially for welding together components for internal combustion engine exhaust systems, includes a first coupling unit () to be fixed to a carrier unit () and a second coupling unit () to be fixed to the device carrier (). One of the coupling units () has a pushing meshing recess () and the other of the coupling units () has a pushing meshing body () that can be inserted into the pushing meshing recess () in a direction of pushing (R). A positive-locking positioning device () is adjustable between a released state and a positive-locking positioning state. With the pushing meshing body positioned meshing with the pushing meshing recess, the positive-locking positioning device in the positive-locking positioning state holds the pushing meshing body in an operating position.

Quick-change coupling

A mount () for an exhaust system includes a support () configured for being fixed to a component of the exhaust system () or an underbody of a vehicle, and a mounting mandrel supported by the support (). The support () has a first plate () and a second plate () spaced apart from the first plate (). The first plate () and the second plate () each include a fixing section () for fixing the support () to a component of the exhaust system () or an underbody of a vehicle. The first plate () and the second plate () each includes an opening (). The mounting mandrel () includes a first section () configured for penetrating through an exhaust system rubber (). The mounting mandrel () has a second section () that passes through the openings () in the first and second plates ().
