An aircraft door including a door leaf, a door frame, a support arm assembly, and first and second connecting elements. The first connecting element connects the support arm assembly with the door leaf and includes a first adjustment unit that is adapted for adjusting the position of the door leaf relative to the door frame along a first axis (x-axis). The second connecting element connects the support arm assembly with the door frame and includes a second adjustment unit that is adapted for adjusting the position of the door leaf relative to the door frame along a second axis (z-axis) that is perpendicular to the first axis (x-axis).

An actuating system for an actuatable door and to an actuatable door having such an actuating system are provided. The actuating system comprises first and second rotatable latching shafts, a coupling link, first and second pivotable mechanical transmission elements that are mounted onto first and second rotatable latching shafts, respectively, and first and second latching members. First and second latching members are non-rotatably mounted to the second rotatable latching shaft and adapted for latching the actuatable door in a closed position. A first rotation of the first rotatable latching shaft results in pivoting of the first and second mechanical transmission elements and a second rotation of the second rotatable latching shaft, which causes a third rotation of first and second latching members.

Actuating system for an actuatable door

An actuating system for an actuatable door and to an actuatable door having such an actuating system. The actuating system comprises first and second rotatable latching shafts, a coupling link, first and second pivotable mechanical transmission elements that are mounted onto first and second rotatable latching shafts, respectively, and first and second latching members. The actuating system comprises a rotatable latching shaft, a rotatable locking shaft, a latching device, comprising a latch, and a locking device. The latch is adapted to maintain the actuatable door in a closed position. The locking device comprises a locking cam, that is mounted to the locking shaft and that is adapted to engage with the latch in a closed and latched position, and a latch securing lever, that is driven by the locking cam and that is adapted to engage with the latch to maintain the latch in a closed and secured position.

A door that is adapted to separating two environments with different pressures and to an aircraft with such a door. The door may include a door leaf, a door frame having a door stop and a roller, and an actuating system having a latch element and an inward-moving drive system. The inward-moving drive system may include a puller shaft and a puller that is non-rotatably attached to the puller shaft. The puller may include a guide rail that moves along the roller during a rotation of the puller such that the puller moves the door leaf in direction of the first environment thereby disengaging the latch element from the door stop.

The invention is further related to an aircraft or space craft with a pressurized cabin having such an actuatable emergency exit door.
