To separate excess material, the component moved by a movement device that is controlled by movement data, and a fill level of the component with material is measured. A process for emptying material from the component simulated for each different initial fill level with material, wherein movement data, which specify a simulated movement of the component, and a simulated fill level progression resulting from the simulated movement are assigned to the associated initial fill level. In addition, a corresponding initial fill level is selected in accordance with the measured fill level, and the movement device is controlled by movement data which are assigned to the selected initial fill level. The fill level is measured and compared to a simulated fill level progression assigned to the selected initial fill level. The steps of selecting a corresponding initial fill level (SAFG) and controlling the movement device (BV) are carried out.

Method and assembly for separating excess material from an additively manufactured component

Various embodiments may include a method for removing filling material from a cavity in a manufactured component with a connection from the cavity opening to surroundings of the component, the method comprising: holding the component in a movable mounting; moving the component and at the same time removing the filling material through the connection opening; and executing a computer program with a processor, wherein the computer program instructs the processor to: analyze geometry data of the component including the connection opening; and calculate a necessary positioning of the component, based on the geometry data and gravitational force; and direct the movable mounting through a sequence of movements for moving the component in space to spill the filling material from the cavity through the connection opening out of the component.

Removing filling material from a cavity in a component and apparatus for performing same

In order to separate excess material from an additively manufactured component, spatially resolved structural data on the component are received. On the basis of the structural data, a process for emptying material from the component is simulated, wherein a sequence of emptying poses of the component is determined. For an associated emptying pose: the component is moved into the associated emptying pose in accordance with the simulated emptying process, movement of material is detected by sensors, as a result of a detection of a decrease in the movement of material, a trigger signal is generated, and a movement of the component into a subsequent emptying pose is initiated by the trigger signal, the trigger signal being considered higher priority than the simulated emptying process.

A method for producing a vibration-damping structure combination for damping vibrations for movable masses, having a first structure and a further structure, the further structure movable within a stop surface defined by a first structure surface of the first structure. The method includes a) providing the first structure, having the first structure surface and which defines a coating surface of a coating at least in some sections; b) coating the first structure surface of the first structure with the coating, the coating surface of the coating being applied such that a cavity is formed; c) filling the cavity with the filler; d) curing the filler until the further structure having a further structure surface is formed, which lies against the coating surface; and e) removing the coating, the further structure thus being movable relative to the first structure within the stop surface defined by the first structure surface.

Method for producing a vibration-damping structure combination for damping vibrations of movable masses

Various embodiments include a reactor for carrying out a chemical equilibrium reaction between two gaseous starting materials and a gaseous product comprising: a pressure vessel including a reaction space with an inlet for the two starting materials and a first outlet for the gaseous product; a catalytic material arranged in the reaction space; a condensation area in the reaction space for the gaseous product; and a cooling duct structure cooling the condensation area. The cooling duct structure and the housing of the pressure vessel are constructed in a single piece. The reaction space includes a reaction duct running in a convoluted or helical manner between partitions within the pressure vessel. A cross section of the reaction duct extends between opposite face sides of the pressure vessel.

Reactor for carrying out a chemical balanced reaction

Various embodiments include a reactor comprising: a longitudinally extending reaction channel providing a flow path for a first reactant; a feed channel providing a flow path for a second reactant; multiple passage openings spaced apart from one another providing fluidic connecting between the feed channel and the reaction channel via respective partial streams for the second reactant; and a medium channel surrounding the reaction channel to bring a medium for exchange of heat with contents of the reaction channel and influencing a temperature of the reaction channel. The respective partial streams for the second reactant mix with the first reactant in the reaction channel to allow a chemical reaction of the first reactant and the second reactant.

Reactor for conducting at least two reactants

The present disclosure relates to turbomachines. Teachings thereof may be embodied in a blade for a turbomachine, having an interior space which is surrounded by a wall structure which forms the surface of the blade. For example, a blade for a turbomachine may include: an interior space surrounded by a wall structure forming a surface of the blade; and openings in the wall structure. The openings may include a plurality of micro-channels each extending from the interior space to the surface. Each of the plurality of micro-channels forms a path may define a particular direction for flowing cooling gas. The plurality micro-channels may be distributed over an area region of the surface.

The present disclosure relates to heat and temperature control. The teachings thereof may be embodied in temperature-control units for electronic components. For example, a temperature-control unit may include: a housing defining a receptacle for the component and a channel system for a fluid. The channel system runs from an inlet via a nozzle and via a cavity to an outlet. The housing comprises a wall structure with an inner surface forming an impact surface situated opposite a nozzle mouth and an outer surface serving as part of the receptacle.
