A dosing device with a dosing chamber unit receiving dosing fluid and actively ejecting dosing fluid, which includes at least one dosing chamber, an inflow channel which fluidically connects a dosing chamber with an inlet and in an inflow orifice opens into the dosing chamber, and a backflow channel which fluidically connects the or a dosing chamber with a backflow and which in a backflow orifice proceeds from the associated dosing chamber, is able to exactly eject minimum amounts of fluid. Inflow and backflow orifice are spaced from each other. A 3-way valve is provided with a common port for the inflow and the backflow channel.

Dosing device and method for operating a dosing device

A double valve has two coils which can be piloted separately from each other and which each have a core. The coils are arranged in a common valve housing, and a flange housing is mounted to the valve housing. Two valve seats are arranged in the flange housing, and a diaphragm is associated with the two valve seats, with each coil being associated with one valve seat.

Solenoid valve

A metering system for metering a metering fluid includes at least one metering unit, a fluid supply component conveying the metering fluid to the metering unit, and a control module conveying a control fluid to the metering unit. The metering unit includes a first housing part, an exchangeable second housing part and a membrane which is arranged between the housing parts and divides a cavity formed between the housing parts into a pumping chamber and a metering chamber which are separated from each other in fluidic terms. Channels are formed in the first housing part which receive the control fluid and are in flow connection with the control module, and channels are formed in the second housing part which receive the metering fluid and are in flow connection with the fluid supply component.

A pneumatic dosing unit includes a housing having a first housing part for a pump-fluid receiving pump channel and a second housing part for dosing-fluid receiving channels. A cavity is formed between the housing parts. A flexible diaphragm is clamped between the housing parts and divides the cavity into a pump chamber and a dosing chamber that are fluidically separated from each other. At least one feed channel and at least one drain channel in the second housing part lead to the dosing chamber and start from the dosing chamber, respectively. Diaphragm valves in the feed channel and in the drain channel are spaced apart from the pump chamber and the dosing chamber and are controllable via control channels in the first housing part. The diaphragm and the diaphragm valves are arranged in such a way that dosing fluid does not come into contact with the first housing part.

Pneumatic dosing unit and pneumatic dosing system

A highly precise and extremely compact metering unit for fluid media has a pump, two valves, and a fluid communication base with two ports, pump and valve channels, and a pump chamber. The pump is mounted on the pump chamber. The pump channels communicate with the pump chamber and the valves. The valve channels communicate with the valves and the ports. The pump and the two valves are arranged one beside the other on the same side of the fluid communication base.

In a device for reversing the flow of flowing media including two multi-way valves () which are fluidically interconnected and mounted on an adapter plate (), the two valves are identical and are fluidically connected with one another by being pushed one into the other via rotationally symmetrical sealing members that seal in the radial direction.

Micro-valve

A modular fluid control system which comprises a plurality of fluid distribution modules each formed of a parallelepiped-shaped module block of similar shape and size and having fluid channels therein is provided. Each module block has at least two porting faces on opposite sides, selected ones of the channels opening on an associated one of the porting faces to form port openings. The module blocks are arranged in an aligned abutting relationship so that selected port openings communicate with each other at abutting porting faces of adjacent module blocks. The modular fluid control system further comprises a frame which surrounds the module blocks and has connector through ports therein aligned with selected ones of the port openings.

In order to provide a valve arrangement which can be produced in the smallest possible size, the valve is controlled by a very small linear motor, the driver of which moves the device for closing and opening the channel by the application of a control voltage to a piezoelectric tube.
