The present invention relates to an orthopedic impactor and extractor device () for an orthopaedic prosthesis (), comprising a main body (), a coupling rod () comprising a coupling end (), an activation system () in the main body (). The activation system () is associated with the coupling rod (). The coupling end () is movably guided from an active position, in which the coupling end () is coupled to the orthopaedic prosthesis (), to an inactive position, in which the coupling end () releases the orthopaedic prosthesis (); and wherein the coupling end () is movably guided in a roto-translation movement between the active position and the inactive position, and vice versa.
