A medical fluid pump has a housing, a front lid pivotably hinged to the housing, and a carrying handle. The carrying handle, which may have a bow-shaped design, is pivotably hinged to two opposing side faces of the housing. The carrying handle is hinged to the housing such that a handle portion of the carrying handle lies, in a swiveled-out state, in a direction of gravity substantially over a center of gravity of the fluid pump.

A medical pump includes a cuboid pump housing and a front lid that is pivotably hinged to the pump housing. The front lid includes a display, in particular a touch display, and/or operating elements. The front lid is attached to the pump housing with at least one first hinge element and at least one second hinge element. The at least one first hinge element and/or the at least one second hinge element includes or forms at least one electrical connection between the pump housing and the front lid for electrical linking and exchange of data.

A modular arrangement system for arranging medical devices, in particular infusion pumps, and a device having a housing which forms the modular arrangement system. The system has at least two arrangement modules which can be mechanically connected to one another. A first arrangement module has a first housing part with a first coupling structure arranged on at least two diametrically opposed sides. A second arrangement module has a second housing part adapted to be mounted on, below or laterally to the first housing part. The second housing part has a bar rotatably or slidably mounted in the second housing part for locking the two housing parts. The bar is designed in such a way that, by a singular actuation, it engages into the first coupling structure on at least two diametrically opposite sides of the first housing part, preferably simultaneously in an undercutting manner.

A medical pump for conveying a medical liquid has a pump housing and a front lid hingedly arranged at the pump housing. The medical pump also has a lid housing and an operating element integrated in the lid housing. The operating element features a resistive touch element and a separate display element arranged at a parallel distance to the touch element. The touch element and the display element jointly form a touch screen, and are fastened at respectively opposing sides of the lid housing.

A sensor system for a volumetric pump operating according to the linear peristalsis principle includes at least one sensor unit; at least one sensor transmitter unit; and a sensor output signal processing unit. The sensor transmitter unit is arranged to apply a detection variable varying as a function of a travel position to the sensor unit along a predetermined travel along which a fixedly arranged sensor unit and a movably arranged sensor transmitter unit or a movably arranged sensor unit and a fixedly arranged sensor transmitter unit are moving relative to each other. The sensor output signal processing unit is arranged to receive the detection signal output by the sensor unit and discriminate at least three travel positions on the basis of the received detection signal.

A medical pump, in particular an infusion pump for conveying a medium, includes a seating for a hose clamp which is separate from the pump and arranged on the hose. Two clamping portions of the hose clamp which can be moved relative to each other can be transferred into a closed relative position in which they pinch off the hose arranged therebetween in such a manner that it is not possible for any medium to flow through the interior of the hose. Moreover, the clamping portions can be moved with respect to each other into an opened relative position in which the hose arranged between the clamping portions is not pinched off, so that the medium is able to flow through the interior of the hose. The pump is distinguished in that a sensor is provided thereon, in particular in the seating for the hose clamp, which sensor detects at least when the hose clamp is received in the seating&#x2014;whether their clamping portions are in the closed or opened relative position.
