A height-adjusting apparatus for a mobile foundation includes a rod with a threaded portion and a threaded plate, which is retained in an adjustable manner on the threaded portion and has a supporting surface. The height-adjusting apparatus also includes a tube, which has a cavity. The tube comprises at least one wall aperture on an outer side, as a result of which the rod projects into the cavity. Additionally, the height-adjusting apparatus is configured such that the rod can be rotated relative to the tube at least in part about an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tube.

A method performed at a mobile transport unit is disclosed. In the method, parameters are determined by using sensors of the transport unit. The parameters include characteristics of the transport unit and/or characteristics of a consignment transported by the transport unit. In the method, the parameters are transmitted to a routing system, which determines a transport route for the transport unit, a need that waypoints/timing of an existing transport route of the transport unit has to be changed to obtain a changed transport route, or a need for a specific handling of the consignment. In the method, an instruction is received that is a routing instruction from the routing system pertaining to the determined transport route for the transport unit, to a transfer of the consignment from the transport unit to another transport unit, or to how the consignment shall be handled by the transport unit.

The vehicle is taken into communication range for communication with the automated shipment machine. Provided is a method, performed by an access authorisation verification apparatus, involving the steps of: obtaining a piece of information from a transmission; identifying a transmission data record using the piece of information obtained from the transmission, wherein the transmission data record comprises address information associated with the transmission; determining an access control apparatus on the basis of a comparison of the address information of the transmission data record with respective address information that is associated with the access control apparatuses and stored on the access authorisation verification apparatus; allowing selection and/or confirmation of an access control apparatus for the determined access control apparatus by a user of the access authorisation verification apparatus; and communicating access authorization information to the access control apparatus in order to gain access to a room associated with the access control apparatus, so that the transmission can be placed into or removed from the room.

The invention describes, and illustrates, a label roll having a roll core and having a label tape, which is wound up onto the roll core. In order that the amount of time and effort required for changing over the label rolls can be reduced without a disproportionately large amount of space having to be provided for the label compartment, provision is made for the roll core to have a plurality of rollers distributed over its circumference, around which the label tape is wound.

Described is a consignment store for the separate acceptance, storing, and issuing of consignments. The consignment store has a handover device for the separate acceptance and handover of the consignments to separate carrier elements, a detecting device for detecting heights of the consignments, and a rack system with holding elements arranged one above the other in a vertical direction and which define holding levels. The holding and carrier elements are of corresponding design such that, on two adjacent holding levels, two carrier elements carrying one consignment can be held one above the other in a vertical direction, and such that, on a holding level, a carrier element can be held with a consignment taller than the spacing to the next holding level. A control device allocates carrier elements in a vertical direction one above the other to different holding elements/storage positions dependent on the detected height of the consignments.

Provided is a method involving obtaining an identifier at a control unit of a compartment system having compartments provided with respective locks and respective lock control units that are configured to communicate with the control unit; obtaining information indicating that one compartment has been closed, and causing storing of the identifier in the lock control unit assigned to the compartment. Also provided is a method comprising detecting, at a lock control unit assigned to a compartment of a compartment system comprising a control unit and compartments provided with respective locks and lock control units configured to communicate with the control unit, that the compartment has been closed; transmitting a piece of information identifying the lock control unit to the control unit if it has been detected that the compartment has been closed; obtaining an identifier from the control unit; and storing the identifier in the lock control unit.

Compartment system

The disclosure relates to a method comprising outputting access authorization information, which is a necessary condition for access to a compartment of a compartment system. The specific compartment is known, and the access authorization information is generated at least using information identifying the compartment, such that the compartment is determinable by the compartment system using the access authorization information. The compartment system may be stateless with respect to the determination of the compartment using the access authorization information. The access authorization information and the compartment system may be configured in a way such that the compartment system does not need to receive any further information in order to perform a check to determine whether access to the compartment can be granted on the basis of the access authorization information and/or the compartment system only obtains information from that device from which the compartment system obtains the access authorization information.

The invention relates to a method by which an unmanned transport device docked on a receiving container is loaded with a payload container for a consignment, having a loading device for loading the transport device with the payload container, wherein the payload container has a bearing at its first end, the transport device has a loading opening on its underside for receiving the payload container, and the loading opening, at its front end, has a mating contour corresponding to the bearing, and the method has the following steps: the payload container, arranged on the loading device, is pivoted in relation to the horizontal by the loading device such that the first end is elevated in relation to a second, opposite end of the payload container, the loading device is raised until the payload container ends up at least with its first end located within and/or beneath the loading opening, and the payload container is pivoted by the loading device into the horizontal for introduction into the loading opening such that, first of all, the bearing comes into engagement with the mating contour and, subsequently, the second end of the payload container comes into engagement with a rear end of the loading opening.

Method for loading and/or unloading a transport device at a receiving container

The disclosure relates to a method including the steps of: detection of a presence of an access authorization verification apparatus in surroundings of an access control apparatus by first communication means of the access control apparatus, and prompting, when the presence of the access authorisation verification apparatus in the surroundings of the access control apparatus is detected, of a change of operating mode for second communication means of the access control apparatus. Method for causing a change of operating mode

A method is disclosed in which a challenge from a locker system is transmitted to a mobile device. A response is received from the mobile device at the locker system, and the response was generated by a backend system, which received the challenge from the mobile device, at least based on the challenge received by the backend system and on a first key stored at the backend system and has been transmitted to the mobile device. At the locker system, it is checked whether the received response was generated under usage of at least the challenge and a key that corresponds to a second key stored at the locker system. Access is granted to a compartment of the locker system at least depending on a result of the checking. Further disclosed are methods performed by the mobile device and the backend system, and according apparatuses pertaining to these methods.

Provided is a method for access control, performed by an access control apparatus, including obtaining access authorization information that is communicated to the access control apparatus having at least one access authorization parameter and first check information; using at least the communicated access authorization parameters, the communicated first check information and a second key from a key pair, which second key is stored in the access control apparatus, to perform a first check on whether the communicated first check information has been produced by performing cryptographic operations by means of access authorization parameters corresponding to the communicated access authorization parameters using at least one first key from the key pair, and deciding whether access can be granted, based on the first check delivers a positive result and it is established that at least one predefined set of the communicated access authorization parameters respectively provides access authorization.

Access control system

The invention relates to a method for deactivating the locking of at least one door of an accommodating device, said method comprising: effecting the unlocking of the at least one door, measuring the time since at least one event detected by an access-monitoring device of the accommodating device has occurred, and effecting, if the at least one door is open and the measured time exceeds a specified time threshold value, the deactivation of the locking of the at least one door in such a way that the at least one door cannot be locked. Provided is a locking unit for a housing, comprising at least two doors for locking each housing opening. The locking unit has a locking element module for each of the doors, and the module has at least one locking body and a locking drive for actuating the locking body. The locking drive has a common drive element for the locking element modules, which drive element can be moved about a displacement path, and which, in a first displacement position, brings the locking body, for only one of the doors or only a first group of doors, of the doors into an unlocking position, and in a second displacement position, brings the locking body for all doors into an unlocking position.
