A filter element has a first follower element with a first traction surface and a second follower element with a second traction surface provided for interacting with first and second mating surfaces of the filter housing, respectively. The first and second traction surfaces interact with the first and second mating surfaces to pull out the filter element from the filter housing. The first and second traction surfaces are spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal axis of the filter element and project radially into the interior of the filter element. At least one of the first and second follower elements has a stop surface adjoining circumferentially the respective traction surface. In a position of use, the stop surface interacts with a counter stop surface of the filter housing to form an at least unidirectional rotational degree of freedom blocking about the longitudinal axis relative to the filter housing.

Filter element and filter assembly

A filter module for a filter assembly has a primary filter element and a secondary filter element. A water separation interface is provided for discharging water, which has been separated by the primary filter element from a fluid to be filtered, from the primary filter element. A primary filter interface is provided for discharging fluid, which has been filtered by the primary filter element, from the primary filter element. A secondary filter interface is provided for discharging the fluid, which has been filtered by the secondary filter element, from the secondary filter element. The water separation interface, the primary filter interface, and the secondary filter interface are arranged coaxially to a symmetry axis of the filter module. The water separation interface, the primary filter interface, and the secondary filter interface are each designed for outflow of material flows in axial direction of the symmetry axis.

Filter module and filter assembly

A discharge control device for a filter system and a filter system for filtering a media flow of a first and a second medium is provided with a collecting chamber that collects the second medium separated from the media flow. A sensor arrangement with a first sensor unit, a second sensor unit, a first shut-off valve having a closure body, and a second shut-off valve is provided. The first sensor unit is operatively connected to the first shut-off valve. The first sensor unit has a float that purely mechanically actuates the closure body of the first shut-off valve. The second shut-off valve is arranged in series in flow communication with the first shut-off valve. The second shut-off valve has an electromagnetically actuatable valve controlled by the second sensor unit as a function of a fill level of second medium in the collecting chamber.

Discharge control device for a filter system, and filter system having a discharge control device

A fuel filter insert for a fuel filter has a low-pressure region with prefilter element arranged therein. A high-pressure region arranged fluidically downstream of the low-pressure region has a main filter element arranged therein. Prefilter element and main filter element are arranged one atop the other axially in the fuel filter insert. A wall element projects away from the main filter element in axial direction and extends at least partially through the prefilter element. Low-pressure region and high-pressure region at least over sections thereof are separated from each other by the wall element. A fuel filter is provided with a filter housing in which the fuel filter insert is arranged. The filter housing has a fuel outlet and a fuel inlet for fuel prefiltered by the prefilter element. Fuel inlet and fuel outlet are fluidically positioned between low-pressure region and high-pressure region and a fuel pump is connectable thereto.

A fuel filter insert for a fuel filter is provided with a prefilter element and a main filter element which are arranged one atop the other in an axial direction relative to a longitudinal axis of the fuel filter insert. The main filter element has a water separating unit configured to separate water contained in a fuel to be filtered. The water separating unit has a water discharge channel for water separated from the fuel, wherein the water discharge channel is extending in the axial direction at least partially through the prefilter element. A fuel filter with such a fuel filter insert has a filter housing accommodating the fuel filter insert and the water discharge channel of the fuel filter insert is fluidically connected with a water collecting chamber of the filter housing.

A control valve for adjusting fluid flow has a cylindrical housing bushing with a first and a second flow opening. A control bushing is arranged coaxially in the housing bushing and adjustable between control positions opening and/or closing the flow openings. A first spacer disk and a second spacer disk are arranged axially spaced apart at the housing bushing and surround the housing bushing. At least the first spacer disk is arranged eccentrically at the housing bushing by eccentric displacement relative to a longitudinal axis of the control valve. A first side of the housing bushing has a larger radial spacing relative to an outer rim of the first spacer disk than a second side of the housing bushing. At least one of the first and second flow openings is arranged at the first side of the housing bushing. A cooling system is provided with such a control valve.

Control valve for adjusting a fluid flow

A fuel filter has a filter housing and a fuel filter insert exchangeably arranged in the filter housing and provided with a prefilter element and a main filter element. Prefilter element and main filter element are positioned one behind the other in the filter housing in axial direction of the filter housing. A fuel discharge channel is arranged in the filter housing below the fuel filter insert. In operating position of the fuel filter insert in the filter housing, the raw sides of prefilter element and of main filter element are sealed relative to the fuel discharge channel by seal-tight contact of the fuel filter insert on the filter housing. The raw side of the main filter element, when the fuel filter insert is moved by axial movement away from the operating position, is fluidically connected with the fuel discharge channel via the raw side of the prefilter element.

A cleaning module () for cleaning a media flow of a first medium contaminated with a second medium that has a housing () having an inlet () and an outlet () and a replaceable filter element () arranged within the housing (). In this arrangement, a flow direction () of the media flow is directed through the filter element () in the specified installed state against the force of gravity. The filter element () has an absorptive and/or adsorptive material () for picking up at least a portion of the second medium in the first medium. A fuel filter insert for a fuel filter including: a pre-filter element having a upper and lower end plate, the end plates arranged on opposing ends of filter medium of the pre-filter element; a main filter element having upper and lower end plates, the end plates arranged on opposing ends of filter medium of the main filter element; wherein the pre-filter element and the main filter element as arranged one above the other in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the fuel filter insert; wherein at least one of the filter elements is through-flowable from the outside to the inside by fuel in a radial direction relative to the longitudinal axis; and a flow channel for the fuel pre-filtered by the pre-filter element; wherein the flow channel is arranged to extend in the axial direction between the pre-filter element and the main filter element.

The invention relates to an oil pan () for an internal combustion engine transmission unit () comprising an oil pan housing () and a carrier flange, by way of which the oil pan housing is to be connected to the transmission housing () of the transmission. The carrier flange () is affixed to the transmission housing (), and is connected to the oil pan housing () via a detachable connecting unit, wherein the connecting unit can be released or locked for the assembly and disassembly of the oil pan housing between the oil pan housing () and the carrier flange () regardless of the disassembly of the carrier flange from the transmission housing.

An air filter insert including at least one filter element () and a seal () extending along outer edges of one side of the filter insert () and via which the filter insert is sealingly seated against housing sections () of a surrounding filter housing. An insert filter for cleaning a gas stream, particularly for the intake air of an internal combustion engine or an air-conditioning unit, which includes a filter frame , a filter element placed in the filter frame , and a shaft cover and which is placed in the shaft of a duct system that guides the gas stream such that an unfiltered side is separated from a clean side by the filter element and the filter frame . The shaft cover closes a shaft opening through which the insert filter is inserted in the shaft . The filter frame is connected to the shaft cover so that the filter frame can be removed from the shaft without any need for additional removal aids by simply pulling on the shaft cover
