The storage module for an energy store of a motor vehicle includes multiple storage cells. The multiple storage cells are wired together according to a circuit topology and are electrically connected together for storing electric energy. Each storage cell has at least one electric heating element for heating the each storage cell. The heating elements are electrically connected to one another according to the same circuit topology.

A method is provided for operating a lithium ion battery having at least one lithium ion cell and a heating device, the method includes a step of operating the lithium ion battery in a temperature range between 5 and 90° C. The heating device is designed to operate the lithium ion battery in a temperature range between 5 and 90° C. The lithium ion cell includes an anode, a cathode, a separator, a current collector and an electrolyte. The electrolyte can contain LiBOB as the conducting salt and at least one solvent selected from propylene carbonate and ethylene carbonate; or having LiFSI and/or LiDFOB as the conducting salt and at least one solvent selected from glycol ether and/or DMC; or having LiFSI and/or LiTFSI and/or LiDFOB and/or LiTDI as the conducting salt and at least one solvent selected from imidazolium compounds, pyrrolidinium compounds and piperidinium compounds.

A method is provided for impedance-controlled fast charging of a stored electrical energy source of a working device, in particular of a stored energy source in a vehicle. In the method: a variable characteristic of an impedance of the stored energy source is detected; a present charging current for charging the stored electrical energy source is set as a function of the variable characteristic of the impedance; the present charging current is temporarily reduced with a steep edge by temporarily connecting a resistive load to the stored energy source and feeding the load using the stored energy source; and a voltage response of the stored energy source to the steep edge is detected as the variable characteristic of the impedance of the stored energy source and is used as the basis for setting the present charging current.

A storage cell for an energy store includes a cell housing in which storage means for storing electric energy are received, at least one connection which is arranged outside of the cell housing and via which the electric energy stored by the storage means can be provided, and at least one electric heating element arranged within the cell housing for heating the storage cell. The cell housing has a connection region, in which the heating element within the cell housing is electrically connected to the cell housing. At least one connection device is provided, having at least one connection element that has a first connection part, which is electrically connected to the cell housing outside of the cell housing and is made of a first material, and a second connection part, which is electrically connected to the first connection part and is made of a second material that differs from the first material.

A heating device for a prismatic battery cell of a high-voltage battery of a motor vehicle includes two sheet-shaped heating elements to be arranged on two opposite lateral outer sides of a cell housing of the battery cell, and two connecting elements to be arranged on a housing cover of the cell housing. The connecting elements are electrically connected to terminals of the two heating elements. The connecting elements are flexibly formed, at least in certain regions, and as a result the heating elements are connected in a hinge-like manner. The heating device can be arranged by arranging the first heating element on the first lateral outer side of the cell housing, swinging the second heating element over the housing cover, and arranging the second heating element on the second lateral outer side on the cell housing.

A heatable battery includes a battery cell with an anode, a cathode, an anode connection which is connected to the anode, and a cathode connection which is connected to the cathode. The battery cell has a heating element and a connection for applying a voltage potential to the heating element. The heating element is connected to one of the components of the anode connection and the cathode connection. The battery cell further has a controllable switch which is arranged between the connection for applying the voltage potential to the heating element and the other of the components of the anode connection and the cathode connection.
