A belt pulley decoupler for the drive torque transmission between a belt of a starter-generator belt drive and the starter generator is provided. A hub is fastened on a generator shaft of the starter generator. A decoupler spring is configured to transmit drive torque of the belt from the belt pulley to the hub when the starter generator is powered. A rotary stop has a stop part on the belt pulley and a stop part on the hub. The rotary stop is configured to transmit drive torque of the generator shaft from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt. The decoupler spring is loaded in both torque directions and participates in the transmission of the drive torque from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt.

Belt pulley decoupler

A first clamping part and a second clamping part, which are movable relative to one another and to a base. A spring fixed between the first and second clamping parts. The spring applies force to the first and second clamping parts in a direction of the reciprocal movement thereof. A first locking part detachably locks the first and second clamping parts to each other when the spring is tensioned. A second locking part detachably locks the second clamping part to the base. The locking parts intermesh by forming a joint with limited motion.

Clamping device

A balance shaft is proposed that includes: i) an unbalance shaft having an unbalance section and an adjacent bearing pin having a cylindrical partial circumference which is oriented towards the shaft imbalance; ii) a bearing ring which surrounds the bearing pin and bears against the cylindrical partial circumference and delimits a free space with a bearing pin back radially opposite thereto; and, iii) a clamping element which is clamped in the free space and clamps the bearing ring radially against the cylindrical partial circumference. The clamping element is intended to secure the bearing ring against axial sliding on both sides on the bearing pin, and the clamping element is connected in an axially interlocking manner to the unbalance shaft on one side and to the bearing ring on the other side.

Balance shaft assembly

A decoupler is disclosed for transmitting a drive torque from a rotary drive to a rotary output. The decoupler may include a first spring collar arranged on a drive-part side of a first end of a coil torsion spring and a second spring collar arranged on an output-part side of a second end of the coil torsion spring. The spring collars include axially ascending ramps, and the ends of the coil torsion spring resting thereon widen the coil torsion spring radially with transmission of a drive torque. The ends of the coil torsion spring and the spring collars include reciprocal rotary stops that prevent a relative rotation of the second spring collar with respect to the second coil torsion spring end and of the first coil torsion spring end with respect to the first spring collar.

Decoupler

A valve drive for an internal combustion engine having at least one camshaft which has a toothed shaft () and at least one cam part () with a plurality of different cam paths () arranged adjacent to one another for the variable actuation of gas exchange valves () by displacement of the cam parts () by means of actuators (actuator pinsand) on the toothed shaft (), the toothed shaft () having a shaft profile () and the cam parts () having a hub profile () which is matched to said shaft profile (), and the number of wedges, notches or teeth () of the shaft profile () and of the hub profile () being such that the different cam positions for four-stroke internal combustion engines of any type such as in-line engines, V-engines or W-engines, and with any numbers of cylinders, can be provided with the same toothed shafts () and cam parts ().

Valve engine

A lever for a valve control of a piston engine is provided, which is embodied as a rocker arm, rocker lever or finger lever. A roller () is rotationally mounted on a support pin () in an intermediate space of the lever. The lateral sides () are tapered () in a region of a bore () which receives the support pin (), whereby the sum of the widths () of the lateral parts () is smaller than a total width () of the intermediate space () enabling a counter perforation of the bore () to be possible.

Lever for a valve control of a piston machine

The invention proposes a variable valve train () for a gas exchange valve () of an internal combustion engine, which gas exchange valve () is actuated by a cam (), said valve train () comprising a force transmission device () that is arranged between the cam () and the gas exchange valve () and includes a hydraulic lifting device () comprising a pressure piston () that is arranged for longitudinal displacement in a cylinder (), said pressure piston () defining a pressure chamber () that is connected to a pressure medium supply of the internal combustion engine and said pressure piston () permitting, under high-pressure loading, an actuation of the gas exchange valve () independently of the cam (). The force transmission device () is configured as an oscillating lever or rocker arm () mounted for pivoting on a lever shaft () comprising a longitudinal channel () that transports pressure medium and acts as a link () between the pressure medium supply and the pressure chamber ().

Variable valve train of an internal combustion engine

The invention concerns a mounting and anti-rotation device (mounting aid) () for roller tappets of a valve train of an internal combustion engine in which gas exchange valves are activated by roller tappets. The roller tappets comprising a substantially cylindrical tappet body are retained in receptions () of the mounting aid () that is made of plastic. With the help of opposing parallel anti-rotation surfaces that are arranged symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the roller tappet and are disposed on the end of the tappet body that is oriented away from a roller, the roller tappets are guided secured against rotation in the mounting aid during the operation of the internal combustion engine. This is achieved by the fact that the inner profile of the receptions () is matched to the outer profile of the roller tappets. To avoid mixing up the switchable with the non-switchable roller tappets during assembly, the distances between the anti-rotation surfaces on the different roller tappets, and thus also the inner contours of the corresponding receptions () are chosen so as to differ markedly from each other. To achieve the correct orientation of the switchable roller tappets, for example, relative to an oil gallery, the anti-rotation surfaces of the switchable roller tappets and the corresponding receptions () of the mounting aid () are arranged asymmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the tappet body and comprise a groove () or a rib (), respectively.

Assembly and torsional stop device for roller tappets of a drive in an internal combustion engine

An electromagnetic regulating device with a movable actuator (), especially a piston, having an engagement region () on an end thereof, and a coil device (), which is stationary relative to the actuator and which is designed to exert a force on the actuator. The electromagnetic regulating device is provided with permanent magnet means, through which the actuator () is held to the coil device () in the inactive state of the coil device () and wherein when current is applied to the coil device (), the actuator () is released from the coil device (), overcoming a retaining force of the permanent magnet means.

Valve train of an internal combustion engine comprising a switchable, rotationally symmetrical component

The invention proposes a switchable roller tappet ( ) for transmitting a cam lift to a push rod. According to the invention, the inner and the outer rotation-preventing devices of the tappet are made as a single component ( ). This component is arranged in a reception ( ) of the inner element ( ), which reception also serves to lodge a coupling means ( ). A tappet ( ) of this type can be economically manufactured.
