The present invention may be configured to determine resources associated with the user and identify, from the resources associated with the user, relevant resources associated with an entity in proximity to the location of the user device. The present invention may be configured to generate, based on the emotional state of the user, notifications including information regarding the relevant resources and present, using an output device of the user device, the notifications to the user.

Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for processing of event data real time in an electronic communication via an artificial intelligence engine. The present invention is configured to electronically receive an electronic communication from a user to an entity, identify event data associated with the user, identify an inflection level and a language attribution level from the electronic communication by processing the electronic communication with an input recognition engine, form a categorization level by categorizing the electronic communication comprising the inflection level and the language attribution level using an artificial intelligence engine, and route the electronic communication to a designated group containing users associated with the entity and/or an artificial intelligence-based dialogue resolution.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to cognitive automation-based engine processing to propagate data across multiple systems via a private network to overcome technical system, resource consumption, and architecture limitations. Data to be propagated can be manually input or extracted from a digital file. The data can be parsed by analyzing for correct syntax, normalized into first through sixth normal forms, segmented into packets for efficient data transmission, validated to ensure that the data satisfies defined formats and input criteria, and distributed into a plurality of data stores coupled to the private network, thereby propagating data without repetitive manual entry. The data may also be enriched by, for example, correcting for any errors or linking with other potentially related data. Based on data enrichment, recommendations of additional target(s) for propagation of data can be identified. Reports may also be generated. The cognitive automation may be performed in real-time to expedite processing.

Engine to propagate data across systems

Systems for using cognitive automation techniques to generate resource recommendations are provided. In some examples, current resource data may be received. The current resource data may include current staffing data, skills associated with current staff, and the like. In some examples, environmental condition data may also be received. The environmental condition data may include current weather information, predicted weather information, power outage information, and the like. The resource data and environmental data may be analyzed using cognitive automation techniques to identify and/or generate one or more resource recommendations. The resource recommendations may include adjustments to staffing, modification of locations at which processes are performed, and the like. The identified or generated recommendations may be transmitted to one or more computing devices. In some examples, feedback data may be received based on the recommendations and the cognitive automation model may be updated and/or validated based on the feedback data.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to cognitive automation-based engine processing on audio files and streams received from meetings and/or telephone calls. A noise mask can be applied to enhance the audio. Real-time speech analytics separate speech for different speakers into time-stamped streams, which are transcribed and merged into a combined output. The output is parsed by analyzing the combined output for correct syntax, normalized by breaking the parsed data into record groups for efficient processing, validated to ensure that the data satisfies defined formats and input criteria, and enriched to correct for any errors and to augment the audio information. Notifications based on the enriched data may be provided to call or meeting participants. Cognitive automation functions may also identify callers or meeting attendees, identify action items, assign tasks, calendar appointments for future meetings, create email distribution lists, route transcriptions, monitor for legal compliance, and correct for regionalization issues.

Cognitive automation-based engine to propagate data across systems

An authentication/authorization tool authenticates entity data received from an official third party and authorizes the distribution of the authenticated data based on an authorization token provided by a mobile device of the entity. The tool determines, based on the entity data and an entity preferences database, different portions of the entity data that are of different data types and data repositories that are authorized to receive each data type. The tool receives an authorization token from a mobile device of the entity and uses the authorization token to determine whether data distribution is authorized. Responsive to determining, based on the data authorization token, that distribution of the data is authorized, the tool automatically transmits the data portions to the entity's data repositories to update information stored therein, according to preferences of the entity.
