A method for producing a medical device with a lattice structure, connected at least in some areas to a cover. The lattice structure is arranged on a substrate via the side to be connected to the cover, the lattice structure has the side arranged on the substrate pressed at least partially into the substrate, the lattice structure is coated with a first layer of a sacrificial material. At least some of the interstices of the lattice structure are covered by the first layer, and the first layer with the lattice structure on the side to be connected to the cover forms a substantially closed surface, the substrate is removed, making the side of the lattice structure accessible for connection to the cover. A second layer for forming the cover is applied to the side of the lattice structure previously pressed into the substrate, and the sacrificial material is removed.

Method for producing a medical device

A method for producing a medical functional element having a self-supporting lattice structure which has interconnected webs. The method applies a first layer to the substrate layer, the first layer is structured by an etching process, the structured first layer is under-cut of a wet chemical etching process acting on the substrate layer, the substrate layer is removed in order to form the self-supporting lattice structure, a web constructional layer is applied to the first layer. The method is distinguished by the forming the first web attachment layer which has a smaller layer thickness than the web constructional layer and is intimately bonded to the web constructional layer in such a way that the web attachment layer, together with the web constructional layer, forms the webs of the self-supporting lattice structure.

Method for producing a medical functional element comprising a selfsupporting lattice structure

A method for the production of a structured metal layer () made from an alloy composed of titanium and nickel includes the following process steps: a sacrificial layer composite () is provided, which comprises a second sacrificial layer () applied onto a first sacrificial layer (), the first sacrificial layer () is subjected for the purpose of structuring to a wet-chemical etching process in such a manner that undercutting of the sacrificial layer () occurs, a metal layer () of the alloy is applied indirectly or directly to the structured sacrificial layer composite (). The first sacrificial layer () is at a greater distance from the metal layer (). The second sacrificial layer () facing the metal layer () to be deposited is subjected to a dry etching process prior to wet-chemical etching of the first sacrificial layer () so that the second sacrificial layer () is provided with a structure that corresponds to the desired structure of the metal layer (). The invention further relates to an object, particularly a stent or an implant, which comprises at least one metal layer () that is produced by applying the method for the production of the structured metal layer ().

Method for the production of structured layers of titanium and nickel

A method is provided for applying a cover layer () to a net structure () to be used for medical purposes, in particular a thrombosis filter. The net structure () is applied to a planar substrate () that covers openings () of the net structure on one side, wherein the openings () across the uncovered side are filled with a sacrificial material (), in particular copper. The net structure () is lifted from the substrate (). A cover layer () is deposited on the surface previously covered by the substrate, and the sacrificial material () is removed.
